Ivan Amador: The only objection I had was that the car I rented was dirty and it was the only one available at the moment. The rest all good and fast. The lady who served me was very friendly.

Glenn Kachmar: I had rented a car, but my license expired during the term of the rental so they were not able to give me the car. The staff at Hertz YWG were professional, empathetic and very helpful as they gave me advice on how to solve the problem. Even the support person at Hertz gave me a refund on the rental despite the fact that it was my mistake. This is the best kind of customer service experience to have and it is very rare. Thanks to the staff at Hertz YWG and the company in general for offering me the refund.

Alex Manivong: I had booked a smaller vehicle but was able to upgrade to a bigger vehicle due terrible road conditions and wanting to feeling more safe. I also called in to book the car for an extra day and customer service made it work! Car was awesome and the pick-up and drop-off were quick. Shout out to Graham for making my rental experience easy. Will definitely be renting from here again.

Jose Tellez: Variety of food at a good level, not excellent, it's more like fast food, however, to have a good time and satisfy your hunger, it's enough.
