Heather Scott: Well kept little hidden gem. It may not be to everyone's taste but I so wish I could live there. Being handicapped it would be perfect. Close to shopping, quiet. But dreams are free even trailer homes are out of reach price wise for someone who is disabled.

Dread Lancer: My family lived in Southglen Mobile home community for 6 years. We recently moved to be closer to the school for our kids but we absolutely loved it. It is like it's own small town. They take care of snow removal from the streets quickly, there is a beautiful pool in the summer, a hall you can rent for cheap, great playground, a small library, but most of all what made it great living there was the people. Wonderful neighbors, so many people stop to say hello andjuat build a sense of community. We will miss it for sure!

Miguel Regis made everything so simple and convenient. everything was set up when we got to the site and he also put out a large mat, table and chairs and small BBQ with propane. he was available by phone for any questions throughout our stay.We will definately be using them again!
Devin Hollis: My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our Regis Retreat last weekend. The trailer was a amazing, but truly the customer services was beyond five starts. With a prompt drop off at our campsite having set up everything we need. I mean everything including chairs, a lovely outdoor area rug, generator, BBQ and more. We did nothing but load the fridge, then enjoy some "glamping". Can't wait to book with Regis again. Huge thanks to Miguel and Linda for all their hospitality and help to make our weekend exceed our expectations.

mb association: A family oriented place to have a family and feel safe. Everyone is friendly and the owner and employees are very polite and well mannered. The camping area is clean with water, sewer and hydro hook ups not to mention the great daily, weekly or monthly rates. If your looking for a place to camp or live this is the place to be. Another plus is the golf course and restaurant "shooters" right next door with amazing food and beautiful grounds.

M Ready: Upper Edge have been our property managers for nine years. They helped us through buying our first investment property and have been excellent to work with. Their maintenance department is thorough and deals with issues quickly, they seem to deal with tenants fairly, and the opt-in maintenance programs like furnace inspection, gutter cleaning and general inspections are really helpful. Highly recommend!

Nikki Anderson: . The one thing that does suck is the upcoming rent increase, but that is just inflation. There isn't anything comparable that is any cheaper so its really no worse than renting anywhere else.
Lauren Fortin: I rented a suite at the St. Julian apartment on McMillan ave for just over 3 years. We went through a couple resident managers in that time and I wasn't impressed with most of them. However, I had nothing but great interactions with the current resident manager Victoria. She made my moving-out process easy and provided excellent communication. She responded to my questions and texts quickly and helped out when I needed it.Unfortunately rent prices increased by a lot in the 3 years I was there. I understand prices increased everywhere, but it was frustrating watching Throwin increase the rent well above the recommended amount this year. My building itself did not receive the improvements listed in the notice we received about the rent increase.

An unlike the kids operating the machines at the big box stores which often make mistakes, this guy knows what he is doing. no nonsense customer service at a less than expected price. couldn't ask for better. shop local.
