Tyler Wilks: Had such a great experience with our suit rental. Hailey helped my partner and I out!My suit rental was great. However, my partner’s measurements were taken by a different employee. When he tried his suit on, nothing fit at all. Normally, I would panic in this scenario. However, Hailey fixed all of the other employees errors. We received the new suit quickly & it looks way better than the first. Not to mention she took her time, and we never felt rushed. Thank you!

Braden Wilks: I bought a suit from these fine gentlemen for my wedding at the end of August. After having some horrible experiences with another cheap "Custom" suit place downtown, I decided to cut my losses and it was suggested I should go see Sam. Very happy I did as it was hands down the most seamless, professional suit buying experience of my life. Not to mention I looked and felt like a million bucks thanks to them. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Jesse Goertzen: Sam was amazing! I had a crisis. The tailor I was supposed to get my wedding suit from called me 2 weeks before my wedding to let me know my suit wouldn't be ready on time. I went into panic mode! I called up Vittorio Rossi and told Sam my situation. Without hesitation he told me to come in and they would make something work. When I arrived, he set out to find a solution for me and my groomsmen. They made multiple phone calls to arrange a suit for me, and found a solution. Unfortunately, I didn't get a suit from here simply because the owner of the other tailor finally agreed to help me. But I will definitely be back here to buy a suit next time! These guys were top notch, and really care about their customers. They will go to the ends of the earth to make sure you get what you need.

My only criticism would be that they do tend to not call us for updates at the dates they say they would. We ended up having to call them after waiting a few days. That's a minor inconvenience in a overall pleasurable experience.
