A man came in that knew his stuff but what I was impressed by was girl behind counter came running out to join us so she could learn and help customers better. Great selection. Needed explanation from the people on how to install since we had no clue. They cross sold installation service, products and tools. Good experience and some beautiful products.

But it should be borne in mind that it is located far from the conditional city center and it is a little difficult to get by bus, although for a car it is easy to enter and exit.

Every worker from there dept was very helpful and did all the work for u. I never once thought of giving a big box store a chance, my past experience has never been good, lack of knowledge being the biggest factor. Keith know's window's and doors, and is a professional in his field, At the end of the full hour and a half he spent with me, I had purchased 20k in window's. Without hesitation i would deal with this fellow. Anyone on the market for window's and door's give this guy a shot. I think you'll be pleased with his patience and knowledge. I'll end by saying i am a tough customer to please. I'm very pleased with this purchase.
