Kayla Saarinen: I have had MANY facials before, Melissa is phenomenal. Even before the facial began, the prep that she asked for was a dead giveaway that she is legit and knows her stuff! She asked for pictures of what I currently use and she took the time to research the individual ingredients. She sat with me and explained why some of what I was using wasn't in my skins' best interest. She never made me feel bad about what I was using and NEVER pushed product like most. She made a list of what was the most important so I could change my products over time. I never felt like I was just a product mule, she's genuine and wicked talented. And the facial, YOWZA- she's mad talented!! I was so relaxed but also I felt empowered and educated when I left. She created the most inviting environment and it was just the best experience!!!
