Austin Sumner: Work ran a bit late so my timing was behind for my daughter birthday party. The staff checked the bookings and saw there was no bookings after mine so they allowed us to stay longer which I appreciated very much. The staff were very polite, concise and attentive. Will definitely be booking a room there for future events 10/10

Renovated , very clean , free food , programs for everyone, nice staff, HuGe building, Architecture on exterior is amazing and staff actually talk to the kids and care what they say. The only Con is but not really, if your not swimming in the pool and just watching your little ones, it is extremely hot but it is also June 3rd 2023 and its plus 36 outside.Dont judge the area , highly recommend this place. My kids and I are happy campers!

Bj Johnstone: I love going to the Rady JCC Fitness Centre. The staff are always friendly and always speak to guests, the facility itself is fabulous. It's clean, bright and the equipment is the most up-to-date. Trainer Kevin Roy is fabulous. He pushes me but knows the limitations and works around them. If you're looking for some personal training, call Kevin. Love the saltwater pool and steam room too. The Rady is well worth the money and certainly worth joining.

Richard T: . Also, i think i've found about 3 treadmills in the entire place that work as they're supposed to. Getting your child into the daycare is seemingly always an issue and has been for years. Also, if youre going to double the swim lessons cost can you at least teach the children the curriculum. E.g. don't say my child can't tread water If you never had the children tread water once in 10 weeks.I will start by saying I'm very happy with the facility overall and glad I joined. The instructors for the classes are typically outstanding and the facility is beautiful. The change room,steam room, etc is great. I also witness them cleaning often and believe they are trying their best to be covid safe.The weight area is packed with body builders, so I understand why some are too intimidated to go in there, but in 2 years I can say the vast majority are extremely friendly with less experienced people. There needs to be more areas for free weights or mat work. The sauna is always luke warm.Unfortunately the way the turf section is designed, as soon as 1 person sits there to stretch or sit on their phone

Chelsea Comeault: The only downside to this pool is if you're bringing your infants for swimming lessons.. the changing rooms are small. There's one changing table and the benches in the changing stalls aren't wide enough to put your child on while you try and change. But the instructors are very nice, the water isnt super cold and it's still a lot of fun. My 11 month old loves it!
