Brent Brentnall: This has been my go to place gor my garage door needs forever. Today I needed a torsion spring. Not only did they custom make me a spring from their depleted stock, but gave me some pro tips on instalation. This has been typical of every visit I make there. Always great to learn from the pros.
Lawrence: My recent trip to the Overhead Door Company was a pleasant experience. I was met with smiles and friendly greetings by the front office staff, and the same in the parts department. Cherie was at the counter and was most helpful and knowledgeable. This was not my first positive experience at this company, but it was one of the best.
Sharon Loewen: Braden was great. He came to the call not 2 hours after I called and not only was quick to the fix, but showed me what to do in the future. He noted a few things about the garage mechanics that could be improved, and made recommendations. He also fixed the light without being asked, which means to me that he cares about the customer. Would definitely call Overhead Door again and request Braden - to be honest!
Mark Hill: I can't say enough good things about this company.Easy to get ahold of. They stick to their agreed upon times and dates. If they can show up sooner, they do. Today was the 4th time I've had to contact them with a needed repair. The spring broke. We set an appointment for the next day, but Darrell, the Technician showed up the same day I called. He quickly saw the problem and went back to the shop to get the Spring. He had it installed before I even knew he had returned.If I could give them 10 stars I would.

When I have had problems with my garage door I give them a call. I have had them out twice in the past 5 years to fix problems with my roller, track etc... I have a very old garage with a dirt floor that shifts quite a bit requiring service every few years. Kotlelinski are fast, do the job right and all at a reasonable price. I would recommend calling them if you require overhead door repairs. Another successful repair!

Our concern was that the new windows should match the original wood trim throughout the house. Yarrow was very conscientious in regards to ensuring our satisfaction with the wood trim and the attention to detail both inside and outside the house. In regards to the front entrance, Mic was very attentive to all our questions, and responded quickly to all concerns.We are absolutely thrilled with our new front entrance. It is a completely new facelift for the house. It was such fun doing the research and planning all the changes. We are very happy with the end results. Greg Black: I called Yarrow to see about replacing my 8 panel leaded glass cedar front door after a break in. The 3 panels in the lower portion of the door had to be knocked out by Police in order to arrest the intruder inside. I'd called one other company prior to contacting Yarrow and was told my door would have to be replaced but at a very high cost. Over the period of a month I'd been assembling quotes for the door which for some reason kept climbing. When Yarrow came by to assess the damage to the door I was pleasantly surprised that my door could be repaired as the perimeter and the rest of the door was not damaged and at roughly a third the price of my prior quote. They came on Thursday picked up my door and secured the doorway. Then returned the following Wednesday with my door which they repaired with cedar also duplicating all the original moldings. It was rehung and was just like new! The new cedar is lighter in colour of course but with the oil/preservative I've been using will darken with age. The two fellows that were here were very courteous and took extreme care while doing their work. They both admired our wood work which we'd stripped and refinished through out our 100+ year old brick house. I would highly recommend "Yarrow Sash & Door" for any door, window, refinishing, repairing or new construction of doors, windows etc,. If I need anything in the future they will be my first call!Greg.

Mike K: No one else had this! Wrap around multi point hardware on their casement window is very innovative! I deal with several manufactures from BC and Alberta, but none of them have multipoint lock that can latch at the top as well. This extra feature will prevent sash sagging over time, and even greater air and water tightness.

I received top notch advice from George Penner regarding types of doors and the reasoning behind the technology of these products. Installation was performed by George’s sons. 1 year has gone by , along with 4 seasons and the doors and window have performed flawlessly ! Installation was completed on time and done with the utmost professionalism expected. The guys left the house area cleaner than when they arrived. We are very pleased and secure with the results of J & M ! Thank you George and sons for your help and support !

He spent over an hour with us showing us different options and answering all our questions. Excellent customer service. Once we decide which door we would like to order we will contact you to make a deposit. I will update this review once the door is installed.Update: Dec 28, 2022 - our door arrived within the expected time frame and was installed promptly. It looks great. We are very happy with the quality of the product and the customer service. Alexandre Morin: My wife started the process of getting some window repairs and front/back door replaced a couple months ago. The sale staff was patient and accommodated the changes requested. They are slow to call back but when all the ducks came in a row they were able to install and do the repairs. Our front door and windows were re-leveled and the quality of the work Sam and Seth put out exceeded our expectations.

Not one person has contacted us back. avoid them at all costs. My next step is the better business bureau.*** Edit*** upon seeing my review I was contacted by the owner. He came out the following Monday and replaced my weather stripping.
