Chris Klein-Horsman: This is a lovely shop! I went in and had a custom engagement ring done. I discussed what I wanted and later that day I was sent an email with the design and different options for the diamond and gem sizes. After that they had the ring built, and it was ready in a week. The entire time I was keep updated with the progress. About 2 months later me and my fiancé went back to have the ring resized. The shop was able to down size it for us that day while we waited.

Even though it was a few months between the date of purchase and the proposal, Sutton made it very easy for us to come in and have the ring sized, which they did in about 45 minutes from the time we walked in the door to the time we left. The piece is gorgeous, my fiance is in love with it, and I would happily deal with them again in the future.

Arlene Nicholson: I took my gold chain there to have the clasp replaced. Instead of costing me over $200 for the clasp, both the clasp and hoop were built up for a fraction of the cost. This kind gentleman knew I was from out of town, and made the effort to have it fixed before I left the city. Great people, old time customer service. I highly recommend this business for any one needing repairs or alterations to their jewelry.
