BUT they've clearly upgraded... I walked in for a very specific look for officiating a friend's wedding and Hannah just pulled together all these outfits for me based on what my friend and I needed for her wedding! The outfits were ON POINT to what we needed and I walked out with an outfit I am so excited to wear.On top of that, Hannah gave me her business card and told me I can just email her if there’s every any look I need to pull together and they can have items ordered in from online, and pulled off the racks for me in a change room waiting for me when I arrive for a try on session. Honestly, I've always been hesitant to walk into Aritzia because of the clutter and a weird vibe I got from staff in the past but for that level of dedicated customer service... Aritzia, take my money. AND they gave my friend and I tokens for a complimentary coffee from their cafe after my purchase. It was such a nice experience and I can't thank Hannah enough!

I was looking for something red or green for Christmas and they had a great selection. I ended up getting some lotion. I highly recommend this boutique! They always have items on trend. I make a point of coming to OOTB when I travel to Winnipeg - it's one of the few shops that *never* disappoints with their evolving selection. The staff have always been incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when I've needed a dress for an event or a gift for a friend. I can't recommend this place enough. This store is the only reason I still come to the Exchange.

The nicest part of this shop is they get to know their customers personal tastes, take care in suggesting pieces you will truly love, and make you remember why you love fashion!

Finnen Volt: I managed to find not one but TWO pairs of cute and super comfy pants here, and their sizing system actually makes sense!! There aren't too many options that you have to go through a bunch of filler to find something you like, but enough choice so you can fit items to your style. Staff are all lovely and knowledgable, great atmosphere. Also if you're looking for cute wall decor this is the place!!
