Hailey Urilyon: and requested help in this matter. I received a call in the afternoon from WR Display. The person on the phone tried to reiterate that the order had been delivered as ordered. I again had to explain that this is not what I ordered and this was their error. I mentioned I'd attached the original invoice, to which the person admitted to having not even looked at it before calling me.At this point they assured me a refund, and that someone would be by to pick up the box "free of charge".... which should have gone without saying as it was their error. They asked me to provide my visa number, which I was unable to at the time as I was in a public space so I promised to call them back if not later that day the very next morning. I did so, and they picked up the extra box same day. I waited a day and a half
