Alysha Maryniuk: A wonderful man with a wonderful talent. This is a Buren windup mantel clock which was purchased at Thirsty's Flea Market. I only had it working for a few days until my brother broke it... my brother didn't like the sound of the clock so he rammed an object in the back of the clock which then broke the escapement. At the time it was difficult to find the right parts especially at the right price so I donated it to Richard in hopes that he could use it for parts, but about one year later I received a phone call from Richard saying he had fixed it! He did a great job and the moving parts are now inside so an object can never be rammed inside again! Thanks Richard for a job well done!

They dried out my watch, replaced the crown gasket and lubricated the gasket for the back of the watch. It was ready for pick up the next day.

While my watch isn't the most costly it has other value to me and Ilya fixed it to run smoothly for another 25 years. Prompt service and a friendly chat.
