There always seems to be a 20% coupon available and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, which we find is the biggest difference to other baby retailers in the city. We go out of our way to deal with James, he's the best and made the daunting task of selecting a travel system much, much easier!

We did a complimentary stroller consultation that gave us one-on-one service. Mathew gave us his opinions on strollers and pros/cons on each. He didn't feel like a sales person trying to sell us the more expensive stroller. We could tell he actually cared because he asked questions about us, the baby, etc. I'd highly recommend buy buy Baby if you're in the market for anything baby related.
Brett Hogan: A great experience the staff is definately there to help. At one point 3 of them were running around to find what I needed. My 2 year old even had a little dance party with one of the staff.
Dave Brown: Pretty expensive stuff but the quality and brand are top of the line. You can catch very good deals here, for example I bought the new nuna rava car seat that was $700 across the board at other competitors store also like toysrus, Walmart etc. Buy buybuy baby had a promo if you spent $400 on a single transaction you get $100 on your next purchase so basically free $100.

They are very knowledgeable and professional. They take the time to email and call me with updates on orders, and will go above and beyond with anything needed. Love everyone working there.

Z TYMCHUK: Love WCK and this particular location is great. I have bought numerous car seats, mattresses, accessories and gear here. Most recently I bought an OXO booster seat ad the staff quickly brought it from the back and very friendly as always. Definitely recommend if you're in the market for baby and kids items. Parking at the location is tight and somewhat limited especially for larger vehicles which is the only draw back but it better than the Princess Street location.

They have an impressive range of styles that surprisingly all manage to hit the nail right on the head when it comes to tastefulness. This is the type of furniture you can invest in for generations as most pieces are timeless and they are so well made you certainly wont need to replace them for a very long time… if at all. The staff is also super friendly and helpful. You can tell they’re proud of the product.

Ryan Tkachyk: Excellent selection of high quality furniture. I am a home builder / designer that has referred several clients here, and heard nothing but positive feedback from them. The sales staff are friendly and very knowledgable, they will help you select the style, wood species and finish for your furniture to perfectly suit your specific needs, right down to knobs and hardware. The new owner has curated a broad, but coherent showroom of hand crafted, solid wood furniture. In a world of particle board and cheap veneers, the quality of these pieces speak for theirselves.
Madisyn Peters: Recently purchased a gorgeous oak table that expands. Was able to match the wood to the beautiful oak details in our dinning room. So impressed with the quality of the table the design allowed the extra table leaves to hide under/inside the table when not in use. Always love going to this store. Another family member recently purchased a dinning room table and she loved being able to customize the stain to her preference. The owner was great to work with friendly and helpful with showing all the multiple options for finishing. I am impressed with the milk paint options they provide. Having done multiple milk paint projects it can be hard to find good milk paint in the city.
