Frosty: Cats Cradle was recommended to me by friends and family that had used them and said they were great. They lived up to the hype! The cat accommodations are clean and spacious. They obviously care a lot about the kitties stay with them. The cats have a nice big window to look outside in each of their little rooms. They were very patient with my “anxious pet parent” requests and were able to respond to my questions and send pictures while I was travelling. It was hard to be away from my cats but they made it much easier. I’d recommend them and use them again

Gus takes awhile to settle in but they are all patient and work with him closely to turn him around.Suites are always clean when Gus arrives. They have Deluxe and Standard Suites. We like getting the Deluxe because it’s bigger. Good pricesEasy to get to turn left off McGillivray onto Lasalle Rd.People with cats need holidays too!Use Cat’s Cradle, you won’t be disappointed 😀
Nikki Buckle: We boarded our cat here while we went on vacation and are so happy we did! It was our first time being away from him since we adopted him so we were a bit nervous but it was a worry free experience! From dropping him off until pickup we knew he was well taken care of. They happily provided updates and photos to help ease our mind and were always quick to respond to inquiries. When we went to pick him up he was snuggling with the caregivers and it was easy to tell that he enjoyed his vacation as much as we did ours. THANK YOU for taking such good care of our Bo!

My cat Mya was recently diagnosed with diabetes and so she needs special care - insulin injections and regular blood glucose checks. Cat's cradle took great care of her and their rates were very reasonable. They kept me informed about her care so I could relax knowing she was in good hands. I highly recommend this business!
Nhi Duong: .The nanny is lovely and she always asks for Bate’s daily portions. You can also ask for updates on how your cat is doing and she will send you pictures and videos of your cat.Surprisingly, each room was given a bird feeder in the summer so that cats could enjoy it.Affordable price! Same range as other places but we get so many more benefits!
Laurie Sodomlak: As a first time kennel user I had many questions. The staff at Cat’s Cradle were very patient with my questions.I found the location to be clean, and well laid out for multiple cats. The individual spot had a window to the outside so ‘Leo’ was happy to watch the birds.I called after the first days and they were happy to share how he was doing. Then I got some photo and a little update. These acts made me feel like Leo was in a good place.The shared area where all Cats get some time was full of climbing trees and toys.I would recommend this Boarding Kennel for your cat.

So grateful that Barala can take my dog in when ever I need to stay in the city. Unfortunately he can't stay with my family members that I stay with. Thank you Barala for everything you do! Heather Anderson: This was Breezy's 1st stay at Barala and she came home one happy girl! She's usually nervous and out of sorts the first day or 2 after a kennel stay but her tail was wagging and she was her usual happy, playful and cuddly self when we picked her up today. Was pleasantly surprised the owners gave her a bath and brush out during her stay, and were very accommodating overall. Breezy will definitely be back!

Alexandra Hildrop: Vip kennels is always so great with my dog. He has been there twice and is still just a puppy. He got very excited and happy when we pulled into the lot the second time and ran right to the owner who was excited to see him. She accommodated us very last minute and is always super sweet with the dogs. She doesn’t hide anything from customers and I am always welcome to come back into the kennels with her when she puts my dog into his kennel.
Robbie Melvin: A+ service. Our dog is as excited to go visit his friends at VIP as he is to come home again. They have taken great care of all our dogs through the years and been a great support through several transitions of life stages.
Kenneth Muranski: Thank you Geri Thompson who looked after our senior pups for the day and night. It was their first time staying overnight at a kennel and they were well cared for.
stephanie murgaski: Geri is a skilled dog handler. Kennel is setup for inside and outdoor activities for dogs. Rousey was very relaxed and calm with Geri.
Tabitha M: VIP Kennels is great! Ger is great with the dogs and has a set up that accommodates all kinds of dogs. One of my favourite things is how safe the dogs play time is. The yard where the dogs get to play and see other dogs only have one dog in it at a time, with other dogs in thier own sections next to it. The dogs can greet each other and sniff each other through the fences without the risk of an accident happening or a bad reaction resulting in injury.
