Travis Hamilton: Great expericene at Alamo, we got in about an hour early due to me not factoring in the time zone change. Our car wasn't there yet but they looked at the size of our family and bags and gave us a free upgrade to a bigger vehichle that was ready. We returned the car very early a few days later, and on the way home recieved a call there was a small dent in the front fender. The associate was very friendly and polite and asked if I knew how it had happened. Unfortunatley I didn't know how it happened, but was also in rural Manitoba so there's no telling what could have hit the vehicle. He instructed me to reach out to my cc company for a claim number and that they would send it to the shop to get a quote. Long story short the repair eneded up being under $100 so I didn't even make a claim, was very pleased they didn't use the opportunity to gouge me on a repair.
