Mort Adler: Had a wonderful experience at this location. I had a screen protector installed on my phone a few days prior. It had an air bubble so I brought it back to have it looked at. The initial service rep didn't know how to get my otterbox open in order to remove the screen protector. Ryan, the other rep knew right away how to remove it, and did it while serving other customers at the same time!! He really knew his stuff. Ryan then sold me another protector as he noticed it had a hairline crack in it. In less than 2 minutes he installed the new one and was on my way. I would highly recommend Ryan to anyone who wants any information or help with their phone or plans. I purchased my plan at a different mobile shop location but will be back to this one for all my mobile needs!!

Doreen Ellen: My husband purchased a new iPhone 12 mini at your location. The employee, BHUMI was efficient and informative re the apple product. He was going to give me his old iPhone 7 and Bhumi helped transfer all our data for the new phones. On top of that she even solved a problem with our iPad. We had a pleasant experience with BHUMI and are happy all 3 devices are working properly.

Ajinkya Sinkar: I would be giving more than 5 stars if it was possible for the service and help that Ryan Klippenstein provided! I went in looking for a new phone and a new plan. He was incredibly helpful, amazingly patient while answering all my questions and made some really great suggestions to make sure I get a good deal.Unfortunately, setting up my new phone and transferring data from my old phone took a really long time, but Ryan again was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the whole process. And when everything was done and I was about to leave the store, even if he was busy with another customer, he made it a point to quickly explain to me how to go about using my new phone.Would definitely recommend this place! Kudos Ryan, I hope you keep up the good work! Cheers.
