The renovations were extensive, enlarging and changing the kitchen by removing walls and a closet and completely changing the layout of the bathroom. The home visit with the designer and the time spent in the showroom leading to the final plans went smooth and gave us the confidence that we went with the right company.There were no delays to start the project and the live calendar kept us up to date at all times. The other day an issue arose with one of the drawers which had nothing to do with the original work. I contacted Sergey and explained the problem and he came out the same day and resolved the issue. Sergey never referenced that the cabinets were 4 years old, but instead made sure that the quality of his craftmanship was maintained. He also pointed out a loose handle requiring a new screw and that one of the drawers needed new bumpers which he said we can pick up free of charge at our convenience. The reason we looked first at Accord was a positive referral from a friend who had an incredible kitchen done by the company. After seeing the shop and meeting Sergey personally, we knew he was the right person for our project.Sergey listened carefully to our plans and immediately arranged to come directly to the condo to assess and measure the space himself. He then took my written requests for various special considerations and designed a kitchen for me. His design incorporated every feature I wanted with additional beautiful touches. Sergey's suggestions were tasteful and appropriate, and his main concern was obviously our satisfaction with the end product. We were delighted with the timing of his work - everything was completed right on schedule, the installation went beautifully and everything fit perfectly. Sergey responded promptly to every call and email. Estimates were presented beforehand , there were never any extra charges, and the workmanship was excellent. Accord also worked comfortably and courteously with other contractors, ironing out difficulties and preventing major problems with flooring and appliance installation. Sergey personally followed up after we moved in to make sure everything was to our satisfaction, and repaired a unit which had been damaged by another contractor at no charge.This renovation experience was excellent because of the personal service, superb design and excellent workmanship provide by Sergey Kolomiets of Accord Cabinets.
