I had called other businesses to check their appointment times and they wanted me to come down to their shop first to fill out paperwork, even though I had my MPI claim number and police report.Nicole made it so smooth from booking the appointment, to explaining the whole process, including ensuring I have enough gas in the car to do the calibration. They organized everything by phone and when I came to the appointment, they were able to replace, calibrate and keep the car clean within 3 hours. Nicole also suggested new windshield wipers with a new windshield and a windshield protectant. I said yes to both.
