Elenore Panelo: exercised caution by instructing me to take pictures of the stains on the car before they did anything in case they were unable to remove the stain, so that I may be able to take it to MPI for coverage. Josh was very knowledgeable and figured out that the stains were calcium deposits from the ceiling of an indoor parking. They successfully removed the stains within the hour and gave my car a wash, too! Maaco gave me an estimate with the possible repairs, but realizing it was a simple fix, they offered to do it for free! Maaco's customer/car services were beyond expectations and they will definitely be my go-to for any car troubles in the future. Thank you Maaco!

Paul Ayotte: , my vehicle was involved in two incidents resulting in front and rear bumper replacements, after a rough winter and parts still being scarce due to pandemic factory closures, it was a difficult time as there were many claims and when parts finally found their way to the shop, the business got backed up but perseverance and hard work brings results and a reputation to this business recommended to me by an outgoing body shop in the area. Before the parts for my first claim arrived, the second incident occurred and Mr. McBride agreed to hold them until those for the next claim had arrived as well. I use my car for business as a passenger vehicle for hire and getting a courtesy or replacement vehicle approved can take as much time as the repairs. Pat was very accommodating, having me come in to do a colour scan analysis so that any parts requiring paint be looked after before the car was brought in with hopes that installation could be done within a day thus my losing only one shift of work. Not only was this done in high quality workmanship, but the vehicle was returned to me clean inside and out saving me the time of preparing it to be in the proper condition to transport passengers. In my visits to the office, it was clear to me by the number of people coming in and out that this was a reputable operation, friendly employees and a very clean environment. I highly recommend this company to take care of any and all types of autobody work and should the need arise, would not hesitate to bring them my business.
