The building has 117 suites, including 1 and 2 bedrooms Sterling House offers a beautifully landscaped park-like setting complete with patios overlooking the adjacent pond. Our distinctive dining room complete with atrium and fireplace allows tenants to enjoy beautiful views every season of the year. At Sterling House residents make the choices and we do the work. It’s all about being able to relax and make the most of life in a comfortable environment surrounded by friends and community.


Our 1 and 2 bedroom suites are wheelchair and walker accessible. The majority of suites feature a walk-in shower stall, while the remaining suites provide a bathtub option. Each suite features individually controlled heat and air conditioning, ample storage space, kitchens equipped with a full stove and fridge, as well as a balcony.


Brunch and a delicious three course dinner served daily in our central dining room by our friendly and attentive staff. All meals are prepared from scratch, on site by professionally trained kitchen staff. The meals are low sodium, including diabetic options, other allergies and restrictions are also attended to.


Weekly light housekeeping is provided, as well as daily garbage collection. The grounds, building, and suites are maintained on an ongoing basis by our maintenance staff. Snow removal and de-icing of walkways and parking lot are also a priority.
