Namgiao Le: . The smaller space encourages climbers to interact which makes the climbing at VA feel like you're at a crag meeting new friends. The walls are steep with 0 grit and utilize a combination of newer holds and old school holds that are becoming more and more rare in climbing gyms, allowing the setting at VA to stand out against more modern gyms.

Mr G: Friendly staff and good price. Hours of fun

Wanda Martino: Our son is taking rock climbing lessons here. The staff are awesome! After his first lesson he felt really good about himself and he is looking forward to going back. His instructor, Austin, was so patient and attentive, as were the other people also taking lessons. He was the only child, 15, in the group. I highly recommend this business.

Douglas Unger: Pretty good for climbing free style or by harness

Zachary Dewit: Such a good place to rock climb. The bouldering was super challenging in a good way, hope to come back more often.

David Cain: We love this place and climb here regularly. Smaller than the Hive but the bouldering routes here are better and more interesting. The staff is excellent and the vibe is very laid back and social.

Darren Nowakowski: What a fantastic setup for birthday parties or just getting out to climb. There are all sorts of challenges for people of all ages, young or mature. They are currently upgrading some new climbing challenges, which is exciting! Once completed, i will give them 5 stars. I'm looking forward to going again with my son this weekend!

Mary Reimer: My kid enjoyed the classes for intro climbing. Clean place, friendly staff.

Riley Choptuik: Dylan and the team are awesome to work with!

Alex Derksen: I went with a group and we had a blast. There's so many different versions of each room that the overall replay value of this place is amazing. A really great way to have fun and be active.

Andrew M: Want to get a work out in without even realizing you're working out? This is the spot. Basically, playing video games but in real life. Lots of fun for groups of all ages. Very cost effective.

Chris B: Very enjoyable! Easily spent the time allotted time and was left wanting more. Really like their level reward systems.Good for older kids and adults. Make sure to wear comfortable footwear, lots of moving, running and some climbing. Definitely bring friends.

Kyle Fehr: Went with group from work for bonding. We had a blast and will be coming back again

Michael Dube: A great way to get a workout! Wear your gym clothes! We prefer this location over the other as this one the rooms are better sound proofed. Having people screaming when you're trying to listen to prompts takes away from the experience... that doesn't happen at this location. I prefer the layout of this one as well.

Pamela Olson: My kids and I love going here. It is so much fun, and the games are awesome.

Lucas Keuler: Fun

Sport Manitoba: what do users think?

Jeremy Colli: Went for an issue with my foot . Left without any answers. But thats jot there fault its my GPs fault.

Kim Morden: I’ve been searching for answers for years and I finally connected with the female doctor I saw beautiful place clean well organized parking can be a problem but I was dropped off

Pat Coates: Kudos to the Sport Manitoba Fitness Centre. It has all you need - a running/walking track, machines for cardio and building strength, fee weights, a TRX/ yoga room, a spin room, fitness classes, and expert trainers. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. The facility is gorgeous with windows on 3 sides of the building. Excellent views. The TRX/yoga room has mirrors on 3 sides - very good for checking posture. Excellent teachers. I just love this place.

A Yaworski: Fantastic facility and great staff! Front of house desk staff were quick to recognize regulars and always friendly and welcoming. Wonderful training space, love how spread out it was around the mezzanine so I never felt crowded. Lots of mirrors and sanitizing wipes, really positive experience overall.

The Hive Climbing & Fitness Winnipeg: what do users think?

Kyle Murray: super friendly staff, can tell the community/vibe is there; stiffer grading and definitely worth checking out…I think if I wasn’t spoiled with experiencing some stellar gyms I’d give this place 5 stars…but the lack of cave and kilter knock this down to 4 stars for me.

Grace Cullinane: Great gym! Great staff. Fun climbs

Clint Wilkie: Great people. Variety of climbs

V. Torreda: This place is clean and super friendly, I love the environment and the climbs and routes are fun for everyone, reasonably priced and I can’t wait to go back!

Namgiao Le: . The Hive is a good addition to the local climbing community and a great place to climb if you're in the South part of the city and your budget allows it.

Andrew M (OhmGnome): Amazing walls, lots of variety in difficulty and style. Only bouldering which isn't an issue

abel zhang: A very friendly climbing gym for both beginners and professionals, you can quietly think about the route and keep trying hard, having fun.

Abdurohman sukarno: Good place for bouldering

Kristine Sigua: A bit on the pricier side for a day pass and a far drive if you’re coming from the north end of the city, but it is a nice, big, and clean facility.

Ben Robertson: Good place to climb and have fun.

Marrcl: 1.1k for a yearly membership and I get to bring new timers in for free 👍🏻Highly recommend

Angela Luo: . Great variety of climbs, helpful staff, and overall just like the vibe of the place. One of the only places I've been to in the prairies with exclusively gender neutral washroom, they seem to have a high value for having fun in an inclusive way. Wish drop ins weren't so expensive though--even without having to rent gear it was about 30 dollars.

Amanda Bernier: My son loves this place. Great camps as well.

Christopher Neufeld: Our kids have gone to their day camps and we’ve taken their Intro to Kayaking courses and rented boats there. They are always friendly and helpful, and it’s nice to be able to rent equipment and just walk down to the river to play.

Jean-Michel: Great place. Good coaches. Fun to Dragon boat here. Sometimes a little challenging to figure out their schedules.

Cheryl Hooper: , Loved the double kayak!

Matthew McCoshen: Great staff, they also have nice equipment

Linda Nimshon: Great fun, during all seasons, this is a great club.

Yana Shtainberg: Amazing experience! Kids loved it
