Emily Reynolds: My friend and I were in Quebec City for a few days and were looking for just some great food and we stumbled upon this restaurant. This was truly an insane experience. Everything from the cocktails to the appetizers, the branding to the ramen itself. I love ramen so much and am rather picky but the Shoyu ramen was heavenly—and a perfectly soft-boiled egg too. The kimchi was the first thing we got and I was BLOWN away. Not too spicy, mild sweetness—marvelous. But the drinks…. I had the Sesame Street Boulevard and the Sapporo with Yuzu. Both were fantastic. The cocktail was perfectly balanced with the bite of the martini bitters and the savory aspect of the sesame oil. The Sapporo was a wonderfully refreshing contrast to that drink that paired perfectly with the ramen. My friend and I were so impressed that we bought some of the merchandise—it’s also very great branding so that’s a plus. May come back to Quebec City just for this meal.
Martine Bordeleau: My experience was overall very positive, thank you! However, I would like to express a small downside: the need to provide my credit card number at the time of booking displeased me, especially with the condition that an amount of $40 would be debited in the event of cancellation without respecting a notice period of 12 hours. The restaurant was extremely busy this Thursday evening, which is completely understandable given the exceptional quality of service. The team did a fantastic job. However, I question the usefulness of this payment policy, which seems restrictive to me. Additionally, I attempted to make a reservation by phone, email and Facebook, as I preferred not to leave my credit card number, but all my messages were ignored... This is the first time I have encountered this type of situation in a restaurant and I found it quite unpleasant.

Stuart Graham: Everything about this place rocks! Every appetizer is incredible. As for the mains, I've only tried the vermicelli bowl and it has me coming back multiple times a week. It's sooo good. The staff is always friendly and they know what my coworkers and I are going to order as soon as we show up. There is take out food ready to go that also looks amazing. Highly highly recommend.
