Dominique Lepage: , you'd think you were in the heart of Texas because they have this gift of preparing their meats like only the South of the United States. Unis knows how to do it. Moreover, the atmosphere, the decoration and especially the smell of smoking and charcoal will immerse you as if you were in the heart of the bayou. Perfect food, attentive service that is rare to experience these days, the prices are worthy of what you will enjoy on your plate. Big appetites will find something to suit their needs in this simple but decadent menu. Book well in advance and avoid clothes that are too warm, opt for your favorite redneck t-shirt instead! Marika Lachance: First experience in this restaurant. It was correct. Big positive point: the promotions for 2 plates are very advantageous. The portions on the plates were very generous. We tried the smoke meat and the seafood casserole. I found the food ok. There were some small errors in the service and our server was somewhat lacking in delicacy. I would definitely return, but not at my request.
