Nicole Goodspeed: was semi enclosed from foot traffic and opened to cute courtyard that was child friendly. They were accomodating and brought solid little high chairs ans coloring sets.

Charles Brunet: Third time last sunday and as always it was amazing. Great wine selection and nice cocktails. Decent-to-good service as you sometimes feel like the servers really want to upcharge you by excessively suggesting add-ons etc, but quick service as well, and I never ran out of anything.The food is amazing and really a great way to experience Quebec cuisine and produce/meat. All flavors are insane, and the portions are generous, leaving you satisfied and full.Personal highlight would be the duck foie gras terrine and the salted honey pie.

Peggy Woolley: We ate at Bistro St.- Malo our first night in Quebec City. The food and drink were excellent. But the best part was the way Camille welcomed us. She was a most congenial and effective host. We returned on our last night for the upside down apple pie. Again the service was very warm. Zach made sure we were happy with our food and our whole experience. The dessert lived up to our expectations. We appreciated the genuinely friendly faces there and enjoyed learning the history of the restaurant.
Dr. Tina-Lise Curtis: Plenty to share.Only complaint was the Canadian Club Whiskey was $22 and the pour was tiny.Loved this bistro. Make sure to get a reservation-many were turned away at the door.

What makes Bleu Marine unique is the daring concept where the chef chooses the menu for the evening, transforming each plate into an exquisite gastronomic surprise. Unexpected and surprising flavors and associations.We were 3 couples and all took the 6 courses with food & wine pairing. Each wine presented with the dishes was incredible and elevated the dining experience to another level. One of the people in the group didn't eat seafood and the kitchen team adapted it beautifully for her, offering equally stunning and delicious alternatives.The service matched the quality of the dishes. The chef or sommelier explained to us what we had in front of us with contagious passion and pride.We all loved it and would definitely return.

Our farm has been in existence since 2006 and Alexandre Faille is the market gardener since 2009. The gardens of Auberge Saint-Antoine are located on the Price family property in Saint-Laurent de l'Île d'Orléans. Thanks to this farm, our restaurant's menu offers harvests over 10 months of the year and for certain dishes throughout the year.
FREEDOM TO CREATE - Trained in organic agriculture, our market gardener works in concert with the chefs and together they create a real signature for Chez Muffy's cuisine. Alexandre conducts research all year long, delving into the culinary roots of Quebec and Île d'Orléans without limiting himself to these roots, as his curiosity also leads him to draw inspiration from market gardening trends around the world. Thus, in the kitchen, ancestral varieties of corn for flour production, peas from Charlevoix, Savignac tomatoes and Roscoff onions are used to create a unique and tasty dish that has stories to tell! All this, not to mention the field work he does in constant dialogue with the chefs who taste, experiment and guide the choice of vegetables.

Chad Lapointe: Me and my girlfriend had an extraordinary experience last night. We took the culinary tasting which makes up a 5 course with the Pigeon as the main meal. I didn't think I'd say this one day but I loved the pigeon. Without a doubt the starter which was also exceptional, duck foie gras and snow lobster. Both starters with side dishes that make it completely unforgettable to taste. And then dessert, funny way of saying that but it was the icing on the Sunday. With olive oil ice cream and meringue. Finally, we ate THE BEST MEAL OF OUR LIFE! And the service was simply perfect 👌
Mister Guigz: Very nice experience at Restaurant Chez Muffy at Auberge Saint-Antoine. The restaurant is beautiful and charming. The plates are very well presented, the service is top notch and the Chef even came to see us during the service. The Maître d'hôtel suggested some very good wines that went very well with the dishes we had. If you're looking for a fine local Quebec cuisine restaurant, you won't go wrong Chez Muffy! Suzanne Reid: Fabulous evening at Laurie Raphaël for our son's 24th birthday! The food was sensational from start to finish with each service an explosion of incredible flavours. The service was absolutely impeccable from the minute we arrived and we especially enjoyed the entertaining and nuanced descriptions of each wine pairing by the sommelier. Be prepared for a sizeable bill at the end of the night but rest assured that you will come away from your evening having had a once in a lifetime gastronomic experience that you will never forget!

Marc Sevigny: in the restaurant is lit with modern tubular lights that I found very harsh. I was facing that wall, and really regretting it. They should be turned lower significantly, or better yet, replaced with bulbs that have a much lower value on the warmth scale.

MARC-OLIVIER AMNOTTE: We had the chance to experience an unforgettable brunch last Sunday. The service was exceptional, thanks to Gabriel and Philippe who took care of us as if we were family. B Thomas: We’ve experienced great vegan fare in London, Brugges, Bucharest, Tallinn, etc but none were as exceptional or memorable as L’Orygine! The atmosphere is modern and very cozy. A really awesome vibe to it and an opportunity to watch the bartender mix his creations right from our table. The service was outstanding!! The waitstaff were all very engaging and could not do enough for us. Very friendly and quick to fulfill our requests. We enjoyed the 6-course Discovery menu. Not only was each dish visually appealing but each was unique and exceptionally pleasing to the palate. Some very creative fare. I could continue on for many more paragraphs but suffice it to say that L’Orygine is a must visit dining experience when in Quebec. Martin Lajoie: We went there recently for their special menu featuring crab. Everything was excellent and yet I'm not really a fan of shellfish. I only gave 4 stars for the atmosphere because the previous time I was seated in a section next to a large, very noisy group. We had the gravlax with spaghetti squash, the lamb and zaatar, the scallops and the wild boar, and the squash cannoli dessert. The service also was impeccable. We were visiting from Montreal, and will be sure to dine there again whenever we are back in Québec!

The food is tasty, each dish was an explosion of the most pleasant flavors which paired perfectly with the pairing of the mocktails that we chose as an option. A real pleasure that we will treat ourselves to again considering that the menu changes with the seasons. An experience to try, especially since they adapt to all diets.
