Laurie Raphaël, Quebec City: what do users think?

Isabelle Breton: What a breathtaking culinary experience! As soon as we entered, we were surprised and delighted by the originality of the welcome. The exit is not left out.We recommend this unique adventure of which we have unforgettable memories. We thank you for the attention given to us.

Suzanne Reid: Fabulous evening at Laurie Raphaël for our son's 24th birthday! The food was sensational from start to finish with each service an explosion of incredible flavours. The service was absolutely impeccable from the minute we arrived and we especially enjoyed the entertaining and nuanced descriptions of each wine pairing by the sommelier. Be prepared for a sizeable bill at the end of the night but rest assured that you will come away from your evening having had a once in a lifetime gastronomic experience that you will never forget!

André Morin: Very good food. Impeccable services. However, the tasting menu portions are too small. For the total price of the experience, this is what we remember: the smallness of the portions.

Andréanne Laliberté-Rhéaume: Unforgettable culinary experienceTHANKS

jean pjags: . Pour tous les autres items, c’est ok que cela soit petits mais savoureux. Egalement le capuccino est tres moyen

denis pelletier: Refinement and delectable meal.Food and wine pairing. Well done.

Café-Terrasse La Nouvelle-France: what do users think?

Stuart Metzger: Recommended dishes French Onion Soup

Andy L: I came to Café-Terrasse La Nouvelle-France for lunch a while ago. The server was very friendly and helpful with suggesting a light lunch. In terms of food, I tried the French Onion Soup Trio: Soup, Caesar Salad, and Garlic Bread. The caesar salad and garlic bread were nice in terms of flavour and freshness, and the french onion soup was okay. Overall, it was an enjoyable meal, especially considering the value, so I’d give it 8.3/10

Joe Bieker: Cozy little bistro. They specialize in the outdoor seating; even in winter, with fire pits and hot beverages. The French Onion Soup was the best we had all week, huge portion. The staff were friendle and helpful.Parking: It's in an alley in Old Town. It's walkable from anywhere on Old Town.

Melanie Cauchon: . They had Hot chocolate for the kids. I had their "Caribou", traditional hot mulled wine and brandy. My niece was hungry and they let us order bacon wrapped sausages from the restaurant inside and even wrapped it to go in case she wanted to keep eating it while walking.Beautiful atmosphere with Christmas decorations. A great stop while touring the city on foot.Kid-friendliness: We sat outside. They had hot chocolate. My niece was hungry and they let us order bacon wrapped sausages from the restaurant inside and even wrapped it to go in case she wanted to keep eating it while walking.

Stan Kuleshov: . Good service and great location

Hélène BRAULT ROSAY: If you like to be approached in the street you've come to the right place 🤔Personally, I ate a burger kit with plenty of fries. The rest of the tribe enjoyed their own dishIn short, well located, efficient, friendly service.Possibility of eating outside around a brazier

Le Lapin Sauté: what do users think?

Cedric S.: Pleasant atmosphereVery good,

Nicole Goodspeed: was semi enclosed from foot traffic and opened to cute courtyard that was child friendly. They were accomodating and brought solid little high chairs ans coloring sets.

Kris Z.: Great dishes at good prices. The friendly staff will take care of you from the moment you enter. You can feel the amazing atmosphere of the place.

Charles Brunet: Third time last sunday and as always it was amazing. Great wine selection and nice cocktails. Decent-to-good service as you sometimes feel like the servers really want to upcharge you by excessively suggesting add-ons etc, but quick service as well, and I never ran out of anything. The food is amazing and really a great way to experience Quebec cuisine and produce/meat. All flavors are insane, and the portions are generous, leaving you satisfied and full.Personal highlight would be the duck foie gras terrine and the salted honey pie.

Hamza Raja: Opulent and classic. It’s a must stop breakfast place if you’re visiting old Quebec. Decent food options and friendly pricing. Would definitely recommend this place!Dietary restrictions: They are very flexible with how you want to order the food!

Gautam Sehgal: Recommended dishes Poutine, Pizza

Lizzie G: Had the bacon and pancakes! We went around 12-ish on a Saturday, so we were seated within 15 mins so that was great! I don’t believe they did reservations. It’s a cozy spot for sure! The COFFEEE WAS AMAZING!!! The waitress was attentive to make sure my cup was always full as well 😅.Would recommend popping in but you don’t need to go out of your way for it.

Champlain: what do users think?

Stephanie John: Came here for our 5th anniversary. We got the expanded tasting menu that had a mix of seafood, berries, meat, and of course maple syrup. We got to try interesting wines alongside the dishes.Staff was very friendly and understanding of my broken French. We had a lovely view of the St. Lawrence River. Great ambience. If only we had rooms at the Frontenac where the restaurant is located so we could just walk up after. Not sure if valet parking is mandatory but that was our only option. It is an expensive experience so highly recommend going here for a special occasion.

A: Fantastic! We have been there twice since the arrival of the new chef, with the experience of the Discovery Menu and the food and wine pairing. Dishes that change regularly depending on the seasons. The best part: the eight-course vegetarian menu. As a vegetarian, I was delighted to find a tailor-made tasting menu experience, which is still quite rare in this type of gastronomy. There is also a children's menu, which is a very good way to introduce new dishes to young ones. It's easy to access for the taste buds, while offering unusual and delicate dishes. Very good idea!In the past, we have also gone to Champlain for the impressive Easter brunch, which is definitely worth the detour.Vegetarian options: Le Champlain offers a 100% vegetarian menu. Everything was very good and well presented.Kid-friendliness: There is a menu specially designed for children, with Quebec and local ingredients. It was really a good discovery, we are far from the pasta and croquettes of the usual children's menus!

Chez Temporel: what do users think?

Yna Valenzuela: My partner and I decided to visit Chez Temporel based on a friend's recommendation from their time in Quebec. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted by a lovely ambiance and delectable food. Despite not typically indulging in alcohol, I sought something to complement my meal. François graciously offered to craft a custom drink for me, taking the time to understand my preferences. The "cha" he concocted was simply exquisite. We're already planning our return visit, as both the cuisine and the hospitality of the staff were exceptional. Chez Temporel is a definite must-visit destination in Quebec!

alina orlov: Nice experienceFood: 4/5Recommended dishes Duck Confit Salad …

Anastasiya Zhuvaka: Onion soup with cheese and croutons - it was delicious!$32.19 for two soups + tips, your choice.
