I bought the barrel sauna back in October 2022, 4x8 feet, I use the sauna 4 to 5 times a week as I'm a big believer in the benefit of the heat exposer, and I love my sauna. I highly recommend saunas in general and Kodiak in particular, the guys have been a treat to deal with.

lofley: Very happy with the sauna, like most of the reviews on here Ryan the owner was extremely easy to deal with, answered all my questions in a timely Manner and even delivered the sauna ahead of the initial time frame provided.Only down fall, and this is partly on me for not clarifying ahead of time is The cedar used is only 1/2 inch thick which is on the thinner side.The steel roof only comes down half way and doesn’t prevent water shedding off the wood, so I’ll add an extra piece myself on each side and flare out a touch to avoid any water damage over time.Other than that very happy would recommend!!

There are 3 Parking spaces available dedicated to the Spa & also easily accessible additional street parking on McLeod Street as well. The Float itself was incredible - so SO very relaxing & you are provided with everything you will need - towels, earplugs, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Kleenex, qtips, body lotion, blow dryers…EVERYTHING! Just bring your own washcloth/loofah/bath sponge & hair brush
Stephanie Kaila: Love the whole experience. You have a shower and the pod in the room. At first it’s a bit unsettling being in there but after a while, you just succumb to it and 60 mins goes by too fast.Hair tip: My hair was in rough shape after the salt water so I do recommend covering your hair up. I tried using coconut oil to protect it but my ends were still super damaged. I would recommend OLAPLEX 4c clarifying shampoo and a deep conditioning mask. I was good after that!
C Bissonnette: If you're okay with being alone with your heartbeat and your thoughts, this is a relaxing, surreal sort of experience. I loved the weightless feeling and absolutely lost track of time. I might have even fallen asleep. I would definitely go back. I booked on the spur of the moment, and everything you need is there, from towels, shampoo and ear plugs. Give it a try!

Going in with no expectations, I was pleasantly surprised by how therapeutic it was. The isolation tanks really make you feel like you’re floating in a world of nothing - clear thoughts, silence, and peaceful.If you’re looking to escape reality for an hour and feel at peace, this is the place to go. I’m usually around loud kids and in stressful environments. Parents should definitely go here for a date night. I can’t compliment the service, staff, or experience enough.I will definitely be going again.

The only thing that could be improved is the water pressure in the shower, but that's probably not up to them. I definitely recommend this place if you're looking to relax and unwind.

Nancy O'Brien: Very friendly and welcoming staff! I would highly recommend Cassandra for a massage. I like a quiet massage and I appreciated the fact that she accommodated me and limited our conversation. She also gave me the best scalp massage I’ve ever had. I only wished I lived closer as I would definitely frequent this spa!

Beyond that Keila gave me a fantastic experience with an Unwind Facial. I was surprised at how great my skin felt and looked afterwards, I did not expect that from a relaxation facial.She listened to my skincare goals and made suggestions. One of the things that was important to me during our appointment was to find out if I was on the right track with my skincare routine and she was able to offer me some advice as well let me know if what I was currently using was correct/ok.

It was well explained, our therapist, Emma, was excellent and positive. The process went off flawlessly and I was very impressed. We also did compression therapy and this also very well explained and comfortable. Emma even brought us a hot tea and water to help us feel even more comfortable. We loved it so much we decided to buy a 6 month membership to visit twice a month for both cryotherapy and compression therapy to continue with our health goals of treating our bodies the best that we can. Lastly both Sylvie and I couldn't believe how good we felt after the session. We both work out a lot and any muscle fatigue or soreness was gone like magic. We both felt like we had even more energy then we've had in a long time. Well worth trying. Like me you will likely be happily surprised!!!! Thank you Luxii and especially thank you Emma.

Emby Bari: Although pricier than many places, I’ve really enjoyed both of my visits here for gel nails. The quality was excellent and my gel lasted about 3 weeks. When I went for the removal, the process was so much better than any other spa I’ve been to. No soaking my nails in acetone, no damaged nails. My nails were as good as new, and I left there very happy.

Ted H: I receive massage around 2x per month at Le Spa. I find Sophia and Lili at reception are both very welcoming and organize the schedules of the attendants well. Re massage, I know Yoshiko best. She has a very calm energy and helps me de-stress. She also has life wisdom to share if you want to talk. Becky is very knowledgeable about massage techniques and helps me get free from with my muscle tension. She is very cheerful and energetic. The facility is usually clean although sometimes the bathroom garbage can overflow a bit on busy days. Note: It is not a place to receive extras such as flirtation and other types of female attention. Maybe one negative is that it can sometimes be a bit noisy as there's not much of a sound barrier between the rooms. Finally, I recommend tipping the attendant directly, with cash, in appreciation of their effort and skills.

We probably took up too much time talking as we just got the nails done and did not get any hand/arm massage as per normal. Perhaps 1 hour instead of 45 minutes should be alloted for first application of gel?? It was a good experience regardless.The very next day, peeling potatoes, I cut the end of a nail right off! I called and they fit me right in to fix my one nail. Christine was great and did a great job as well-and AT NO EXTRA COST!I would recommend Exhalo Spa for gel nails. Great job.
