Robinson Sineus: My partner loved the experience and staff. It’s very clean and professional. It was refreshing and revitalizing according to her. However she did say it would have been a complete experience with more substantial snacks to eat in between sessions.

This spa in Ottawa is a one of those small shops you just enter and it feels unpretentious, real and cozy. The service on massage and facial massage was satisfying. The stuff is friendly and I can recommend Elizabeth and Lydia. Prices are moderate. There is a free parking beside the building a big plus around Bank street.

Thanks to our two wonderful massagers Katie and Noemi. I recommend Atlantis for those who want an excellent service at good prices. Ted H: I receive massage around 2x per month at Le Spa. I find Sophia and Lili at reception are both very welcoming and organize the schedules of the attendants well. Re massage, I know Yoshiko best. She has a very calm energy and helps me de-stress. She also has life wisdom to share if you want to talk. Becky is very knowledgeable about massage techniques and helps me get free from with my muscle tension. She is very cheerful and energetic. The facility is usually clean although sometimes the bathroom garbage can overflow a bit on busy days. Note: It is not a place to receive extras such as flirtation and other types of female attention. Maybe one negative is that it can sometimes be a bit noisy as there's not much of a sound barrier between the rooms. Finally, I recommend tipping the attendant directly, with cash, in appreciation of their effort and skills.

If you need to trust someone with your brows or feet, it’s her. Seme always does a great job. Between these two ladies I’m not sure why I’d ever go anywhere else in Ottawa.The service at the front desk is always professional and helpful, and I automatically feel more relaxed once I step through those doors. The ambiance is something I look forward to after an insanely busy day at work.

Emby Bari: Although pricier than many places, I’ve really enjoyed both of my visits here for gel nails. The quality was excellent and my gel lasted about 3 weeks. When I went for the removal, the process was so much better than any other spa I’ve been to. No soaking my nails in acetone, no damaged nails. My nails were as good as new, and I left there very happy.
