Otherwise nice place

Peggy Berkowitz: Mike Patone has turned to Zoom during the Covid pandemic, and is offering very effective fitness classes remotely. They are challenging and a real workout. That said, if you have any injuries or medical issues, Mike is extremely knowledgeable and able to offer a modification for every exercise. He also watches the participants closely and gives individual feedback online. Highly recommended.

George Bao: If you want a pleasant and productive workout place, this is the place for you! The staff here are amazing. The coaches are professional and encouraging, the front desk is always welcoming and helpful. The management is superb at this location. Everything you need to do is show up, shut off your mind and work out with the awesome members and music! You never get bored working out here and it's amazing how you can stay fit by having fun. Weight loss is only the beginning of the fitness journey and you will enjoy every step of the way here. I am grateful for all the work and efforts the staff have done for this place over the years. It is one of the best decisions I made in my life to work out here!

Paul Nobert: I really enjoy coming to this gym. The staff is friendly and it makes the atmosphere inviting. I never feel awkward asking questions as they’re always happy to help. The place is clean and it has all the equipment you need for a good workout. Not to mention the convenient location!
