Heather Earle: To be clear, this review only reflects my visit to MG to test drive a couple of vehicles. Owner and staff were very friendly and accommodating; I was able to take two vehicles to test drive in a very relaxed, no pressure environment, which was a welcome contrast to the typical dealership experience. The lot seemed to have a varied inventory - from sports cars to minivans and everything in between. Highly recommend a visit if they've got a vehicle that catches your eye.
Jullian Bizri: Bought a SCION FR-S, from this dealership for an amazing price. They had it safetied, did all the licensing, and even installed winter tires on request. Customer service was great, they reply very quick when I emailed.

Had a bad experience with an OMVIC dealer in Pickering, ON that sold me a Ford with a Fake Safety and Fake Emissions test. So I was expecting the worst. QUITE the Opposite! I pinged them from Trader.ca indicating my desire to check out a particular car. Victor and I arranged a time. He gave me the keys and allowed me to give the car a good test long test drive to get a feel for the vehicle. Completely relaxed environment. He escorted me directly to the shop where the Inspection was done as they handed me the keys. Plates were on the car, and for an 8 year old car it was in ASTOUNDING condition. I would happily go back to M N Cars for my next major purchase. Thumbs up team! Great job on restoring my faith in Dealerships too!

Derrick Zimmerman: In June 2023 I bought a new car without fully considering the financial burden I would incur. I was stuck making payments on a brand new car and I had no way out. To add to the problem, I had also been caught with the new car in July 28th hail storm that attracted national news for ice cube sized rocks of ice. The brand new car was aesthetically ruined and I couldn’t even afford the payments either. I was at rock bottom but had heard from a friend that Dan at Import Car Centre was a very kind hearted and honest man. I visited with him 3-4 times and poured our my heart and told my story. First off: he said I’ll buy your car, I will make the problem go away. Secondly: he got my car into the front of the 3 month line at the best local hail shop in Ottawa. Not only was I next in line, but it was done in 36 hours. I brought the car back to Dan, he took the plates off, bought the car, paid off the lean with Honda Finance even with a knocked carfax, and proceeded to save my life, as promised. This is local gem car lot and if you’ve never met Dan and are looking for an amazing car sales manager experience don’t drive by Import Car Centre. They’ve got something very special there.Thanks Dan.

I will also try for a non essential fix on the glove compartment door strut.In the end we got a good model of a 11 year old van with all essential and optional systems working well. That is what we were looking for. Shayne was good at understanding and remedying our concerns and I have overall a satisfied perspective towards this dealership. They were courteous and pleasant to deal with.In the end it is not whether you got some “magical” good deal that everyone hopes for but whether the sellers worked with you to reach a solution suitable to the buyer. They did there best to get me approved for a good interest rate. Vehicle was recieved clean. Unfortunately the vehicle had existing issues that were not disclosed to me. Their epoxy repairs to leaking fuel pump was fully inadequate. After a long drive home, EVAP leak was detected. Clearly they did not test the system. They did their best to help me cover pump replacement costs. Considering that, I do recommend this dealer to buy a used vehicle from. Only be careful of prexisting issues. Get a mechanic you trust to check the vehicle.
