Jennifer Kai: I would like to give praise for Anisa at the service desk. My dad and I just left the store to try a wheelchair and also pay for some service work and make an order. She went above and beyond and really made our impromptu visit well worth it. I’m so thankful to Motion and their staff, I have noticed huge improvements in their service lately since adding more people to their team. AMAZING!

Ash MC: Harshal was amazing with the installation of our chairlift. He walked us through. He was prompt with the set up. He then returned for some maintenance in easily resolve the issue. He answered every question we had, and was able to give us a great start to finish/demo on how to properly use the lift. 10/10 would recommend this company as even the owner we dealt with has been super kind and super responsive with any issues or queries. Motion knows what they’re doing!

Steve W: Not five stars because difficult to talk to someone. Leave messages takes almost week to get a call back. Service excellent came next day replaced Joystick arm. ED technician looked into moving sliding seat pan found it was installed wrong by another place. He reinstalled correctly doesn't move now. He is coming back to look into the i-level sensors not working properly.

I had a blown-out tire on Thursday, thinking it would take at least a week to have it replaced as it was close to the weekend but to my surprise a tech came over and fixed it on Saturday morning. I'm extremely happy. Thank you so much, Timothy, especially for having to go searching for the tube at different tire shops. Your dedication is immensely appreciated. Dennis Varghese: I was looking for a walker, I had called a handle of places including a Shoppers Drug mart affiliated medical supplies store which was sold the walker without the wheels. I would need to pay a ridiculous amount to get and install the wheels myself. Talking to Sean and staff they extremely knowledgeable about making sure I got the right product and provided detailed information of fitting and use. Cannot say enough they care about and are passionate about their products and ensured I made an educated decision. The products are fairly priced not like Shoppers or other medical where they are just price guaging you taking advantage of others often difficult situation. Definitely look forward to come back next time I need any medical supplies related.

I had the pleasure of meeting Duncan who personally came to my apartment and delivered all the medical equipment I needed after 5 weeks in the hospital. He was extremely patient, kind and caring and provided a vast knowledge of each product and took the time to explain. Duncan made each step of the process so simple and he was very accommodating. L Tak: Jim helped me navigate the LHIN to get an OT to fill in the request for the Assistive Devices Program so my relative could get a very good wheelchair for the same price to us as a basic wheelchair without the program subsidy. He had his covid tests so he could enter the seniors' home to measure my relative for the optimum chair size before ordering and he made many adjustments to the chair when he brought it to their suite to ensure it would be comfortable and safe. We are very pleased with the service, knowledge and support from First Choice Health Care and will recommend them to our friends.

Joanne OToole: Just a shoutout to Joanna & her staff. I needed to order a compression full sleeve arm. Joanna order a couple after measurements to make sure I had the proper fit. All staff were amazing & very friendly all times I was there. Very happy with the service I received.
