Arnie Anderson: Ron assisted us with the installation of a full home filtering system that provides water softening, chlorine and chemical removal. The whole process was excellent from the beginning. It was a bit tricky to configure but Ron took the time to come by in order to analyze the space and come up with a plan. The setup is very clean and professional. He communicated every step along the way and didn't try to upsell us. It has been about 2 months and we absolutely love our new water. Clothes and dishes are coming out cleaner, coffee tastes better, our skin doesn't feel as dry/irritated and it's just so nice to crank the tap and fill a glass without dealing with any annoying Brita filters. The owner is great, he put up all the signs and even a plexiglass screen between the front desk and water area. He mentioned he just had a heart attack and can't wear the mask all of the time. That doesn't bother me, some people have conditions that exempt them. Get well soon! You can't retire I need my water.

Recently we had a minor issue and called Eric who immediately put the wheels in motion to make sure the problem was addressed to our satisfaction. He got in touch with Dean Evan’s who came to our house immediately to deliver water while waiting for a part to be delivered. Dean came to our house the following day to look after the problem. Eric stayed involved throughout to make sure we were satisfied and the problem was dealt with. Now that is customer service.

Daniel and Marco were very informative at the time of purchase answering many questions. Then they followed through and proved they have Customer Service that was supported by integrity, professionalism, industry expertise and excellent communication. They called on the agreed to date, showed up on time with all the necessary products, tools and a great knowledgeable and communicative team.Daniel's work experience allowed him to handle an electrical issue by explaining and providing options to fix the problem. Upon our agreement he reached out to his network of professionals to quickly fix the electrical issue and the installation was completed on schedule. I live in Mississauga and I've had the system for about 3 weeks now...the water tastes great, clothes get cleaner, cleaning in general is easier and the kettle... still has no scale! These products are worth it and more importantly, Daniel and the H2O team are Great! H2O's professionalism has reinvigorated my faith that there are still companies and professionals out there who care about their customers and take pride in the quality of their work. He was professional, courteous, and provided very helpful advice.
