I had since found out that person is gone. Only lasted a short while. They went over and well above normal for me in service to make things good. Turns out my watch was OK., That same fellow gave me some bad info about the warranty charges. Well Gordy explained how mechanical watches work and they all lose a small bit of time every day as they are mechanical. I did not know that. He took his time and walked me thru everything about my watch. I was very impressed at the service and what they did for me - to make a 2 year old customer happy. Very impressed. BRAKES S: My ring is my engagement ring that my husband got from the North York location 36 years ago. At the time my husband paid to have the ring re-sized and when it came back it did not meet the high standards set by the company so it was redone. When it was done the second time it was exceptional and still has the same fine quality as it did in the beginning. I will have to replace the jewellery box but that is expected. Thank you doesn’t seem like enough. We’ve moved away but we’re so pleased that there are 2 locations now. Congratulations and much more success to you and your team.
