mostafizul razib: Dr. Regina did dental work on my 5 year old daughter. She was great along with her assistant. She dealt with her with patience and kindness. My daughter was really fussy and scared but the doctor tried to comfort her and completed the procedure. Also the ladies at the front desk are amazing as they are very responsive and helpful.

Sheila Burbidge: I have had an irrational fear of all things dental for over 50 years. When I first visited Mississauga Smiles Dentistry I was still terrified but the caring and compassion of everyone in that office was quietly and confidendently working to erase the fear caused by old memories and today I am thrilled to report I was able to undergo a treatment that I could never have imagined even just a month ago. Everyone in that office was ecstatic for me and the success of the treatment performed without drugs or sedation and I personally am still in shock..there is a customer liason in the office who works closely with patients to meet and exceed the patients needs and she is truly amazing. The entire staff including hygenists, reception, right up the chain to the dentist himself have earned my trust and respect but more importantly have allowed me for the first time in many many years to look foward to having the dental work I need to have done, actually done! Frankly speaking, I was more anxious than my son, and my little one was crying too before we left for the appointment. But the moment we stepped inside this dental office.......something worked like a magic. My son was more than excited to meet the doctor and happily wanted to get his teeth checked. I guess it was the ambience of the waiting room that calmed down the anxiety. Within a few mins after the paperwork we were called inside by Emily. She was wonderful and just amazing with my son and just got down to his level to have a fun conversation. Before any action, she informed my son and no time the cleaning was done. I was amazed the way my son sat on the dental chair and happily got everything done. Dr. Sinan was great too. He took his time and thoroughly checked everything and in no time we were good to go!
