May Elizabeth: Mr. Ian Garrett is an amazing vocal coach. My experience working with Mr. Garrett throughout theses past few months has and still is a wonderful experience. He has been able to continue to help me improve my vocal control and vocal range. Not only is he a wonderful person to work with professionally he is also a very approachable and understandable man with extensive experience. Even though the lessons may be a bit expensive the lessons are worth it. As a person who has the passion for singing and is considering having a singing carrier on the side I definitely recommend coming to Canadian Academy of Vocal Music. To add on, he's helped me quit cigarettes and due to his passion and drive to work with me I have been able to continue to have the motivation to keep singing and to keep pushing myself.

Carolyn Lykkemark taught me for about 8 years, and during that time, she taught me many concepts including sight singing, breath control, and performance. Seeing that, my youngest also wanted to learn to play an instrument and he chose the guitar. My eldest son loved going to the classes here, unfortunately he couldn't pursue it after 2 years due to other priorities.My youngest son started his guitar lessons with Daniel in 2017 and is continuing it even now with the same vigor and interest even after 4 years and the credit goes to Daniel. He is such a lovely instructor and shares a wonderful rapport with my son. I often see my son giggling and enjoying his classes and his time with Daniel so much so that I changed his half hour lessons to one hour almost for a year now. Daniel is an excellent teacher who not just teaches but also encourages my son to try new things out of his comfort zone and also supports him when he wants to learn to play something new which is not in the book. He is open to suggestions from my son and thereby is nurturing his interest in music. My son eagerly waits for his music class every week.I also have to extend my sincere appreciation and gratitude for Dan who runs the school. Many a times I have forgotten to keep track of the classes my son/s have missed but he makes sure that the make-up classes are arranged for. He voluntarily reaches out to schedule the make-up classes. He also imparts a lot of knowledge while buying new instruments and equipments. He also sends prompt reminders via emails for the payment of fees and it's such a time saver; one less task to remember for me. Whenever I ask for some schedule changes he works with me to find the best solution and also keeps track of it and reminds me even when I forget after a couple of months. He runs the place so efficiently.All in all I'm really lucky to have found such a wonderful music school for my son. 4 years back I enrolled in this place just because it was very close to our house. Now that we love this school so much I don't think we will choose another one even if we move. Thank you National Academy of Music!

Elaine Sung: My daughter started taking the beginner's art classes online. They are small size classes so it feels very personal.The teacher starts off with a 10 minute art history lesson and then they move on to sketching. They work on a different sketch each week so for Chinese New Year, my daughter learned to sketch a cute tiger. The teacher gives tips on how to sketch, how to colour properly, etc and is very patient. When the class ended, my daughter, who has trouble focusing, wanted to continue to work on her sketch so that is a good sign.I really like that the art teacher checks in frequently with the kids to see how they are doing and guides them/gives pointers without hindering their creativity. She also assured me that she quickly goes over the basics of sketching every class so it is okay if the child doesn't "get it" right away.

We live far away from Mississauga but we are so lucky that Perfect Harmony offers online class.Thanks to Teacher Sam and Karen. They organized the class very well. The class is fun, clear, informative and effective. After her 1st music lesson, she told me she already couldn’t wait for her next lesson. After her 2nd lesson 2, she even can sing and clap her hand in the right speed by just looking at the note.I definitely recommend Perfect Harmony to everyone!

Faraz Hasan: Perfect Harmony is a wonderful place for our children to continue their Yamaha Piano Lessons. Sam is the owner and is a great teacher and goes above and beyond to make sure that the students are focused on the right techniques and practices. He is always super responsive to any questions both in class or if we have any follow up questions. He even took the the time to offer one-on-one time with the children at no additional cost. This just goes to show how much he cares about the children and wanting to make sure they are doing well. Despite having to manage a combination of in-person / virtual classes due to COVID, the children have made great progress this year and that is a testament to Sam's dedication. Highly recommended!!

GG: We are so fortunate to have found Perfect Harmony music studio. Teacher Karen is warm, friendly snd patient with our daughter. She is very knowledgeable with both the theory and playing of the piano. We have seen a huge amount of learning with our daughter in the first year of her studies. The owner, Samuel, is super friendly, easy to contact and very knowledgeable. He answered all our questions related to the music program his studio provides. The classes are small which helps to develop a better teacher-student relationship. Homework is provided every class and it is clear and easy to follow. We will be definitely be continuing our studies with the studio and are looking forward to watching our daughter progress.

His teacher Sam is extremely patient and effective and my son's skills in both singing and piano have improved remarkably. Post covid we have switched to video based tutoring and this has also continued to work out well for us.
