Ali k: Been dining few times in late 90’s moved away from Mississauga for a while but after 22 years I returned to this restaurant. I always loved their mushroom trumpet appetizer, sadly and obliviously they did not have that on their menu, regardless the service was amazing, food is still as good as it used to be…maybe even better. The décor still stayed the same. I’ve had such good memories from this place, I had my 17th birthday here way back when and visiting here today brought back good memories.Maybe this is my feeling talking and being bios but honestly it’s a good place to take your parents, family or colleagues.Long live Piatto ☺️Parking: Free Parking is available on the property.

All the employees were very welcoming.Jennifer was the sweetest, friendliest waitress and made sure to consistently check up on us to make sure we were taken care of. Tobi Amodu: Loved everything about this spot. Best Italian in town hands down. Visited with a group of 3 friends. It’s only a stone-throw from square one. Indoor and patio. One of the staffers recommended Lemon Garlic pasta and I loved it 💯 they were nice and responsive. Food was timely too. All meals were well prepared with generous portions. Did a walk in. Will love to come back.

Originally opened as a Dessert and Cake Shop, a light Lunch menu with Soups, Salads and Sandwiches were added. In 1997 we moved to a larger Unit within the same Plaza. With a larger kitchen it also allowed us to start offering a Breakfast and Dinner menu as well.
In 2016 we expanded again at the current location. This also allowed us to expand our menus further. All our Desserts, Cakes, Pastries and Ice cream are still made on the premises.
The many Awards over the years are a true statement of our efforts to provide an exceptional dining experience by using the freshest and best ingredients.

Soumia Meiyappan: I love this place! I've been here twice for dinner and most recently for a spontaneous lunch - called maybe 15 minutes ahead and spoke with someone who was happy to hold a table for us. Upon arrival, each person we encountered was friendly and attentive. The apricot mimosas are such a treat, and the wiener schnitzel is quite yummy. It's also worth upgrading your salad to the apricot variety 😊
Eva Chan: We ordered Osso Bucco and the Short Rib. Very tender, fall off the bone delish. Would have liked more sauce to douse the meat 😬 risotto and potatoes that came with these entrees were also very tasty. Stand bys schnitzel and pork crepe did not disappoint. Huge portions, enough for next day. Can always count on a delicious meal at a very reasonable price. Unfortunately no room for dessert. Would highly recommend saving room next time for the excellent dessert selection. White Chocolate raspberry tart is our fav. Well done Franz and the team!
Adri Srbova: I visited this busy place on a quiet day, I really enjoyed sitting on a patio, having my lemon strawberry crepe and late. I also tried the Club house sandwich and it was great. Food here is tasty and it is not my first visit here. I like this European style of kitchen, their cakes are amazing as well as their ice cream. Servers are busy, but do the best to provide a good service.
G. Chassels-Giles: cakes for a party I was hosting, I was happy to take what the restaurant had available. I've never had a gf cake before so I did not know what to expect. Well, all 20 of my guests RAVED about the hazelnut meringue cake and the passionfruit coconut risotto cake. They were so delicious, not too sweet, there wasn't a crumb left of either! I've been ordering cakes here for 25 years, thank you for providing the amazing food you do for our community. :

Bryan Lau: In a place like mississauga, you kinda have to leave your house for anything anyways, so if you're gonna hop out, why not drive to Capra's? I was quite impressed with their brunch. We ordered pizzas, ricotta pancakes, waffles, and a pasta. I think all the flavours were balanced, not too salty, not too sweet, just the right amount of richness. I think the service was excellent, and the ambiance was great. And all of this for quite a good price!

Harry Strembicky: Been going to Zorro's for 30 plus years and they never disappoint. Order the Seafood Platter for two and was delicious as always. Order the Caesar salad if you like garlic, truly authentic. John always welcomes us with open arms and treats guests like a somebody. Also have ordered takeout during the lockdown and was just as good. Some Costco locations sell gift cards so if you want to save $20, go there and purchase one prior.

Brian Kwong: , it is in the subtleties where you will find their uniqueness and an appreciation for what they do.First of all, there is no obnoxious vent right above the grill. The vent is built into the grill. There is no question that this works just as well since we didn't notice any smoke in the venue. A small touch like that means you can see everyone across the table without an obstructed view.Secondly, the food is also cooked over a wire mesh as opposed to a metal plate. This makes it so that there is significantly less surface area for meat to stick and burn to, it allows for a much better char from the flame underneath, and replacing the mesh is a lot more seamless than your waiter holding a burning hot metal plate across the restaurant each time.Finally, their specialty, the beef. The beef is seasoned very well and seem to be coming from very nice cuts with good quality. We just ordered all their beef offerings, and we liked it so much, we did it 3 times in one sitting. I don't think I've had AYCE BBQ where the beef was such high quality.The desserts offered to us were crème brûlée and melona bars. Both of which, you can offer multiple of. The crème brûlée was very well made, and I do recommend trying it.

Brian Chau: Decently priced for the types of meats you can order. Reservations can only be done for groups of 6 or more, you will need to pay for anyone that is missing if you reserved and do not have 6 people with you. There is a 2 hours limit so it is ideal to almost always have food cooking on the grill and they will give a heads up last call for your order when the time is almost up. They do put 4 people to a table work one grill which may not be as great, I find it better to have 2-3 for one grill. Meats are generally above average in terms of taste.

Linda Simone: We just want to tell everyone about the amazing service, food and ambiance we experienced at La Castile. In celebration for our 50th wedding anniversary we decided to just to share the event with our children and grandchildren. The catering staff were so accommodating easy to work with and ensured that all was to our liking. The table attendants were spectacular, friendly, courteous and looked after every need. We will certainly recommend La Castile to everyone and plan on returning soon. Thank you all so much for making our special day a memorable one.BTW the food was cooked to perfection and on time kudos to the chefs!

Michael Capan: Appetizer was very small for the price, and the presentation was non existent. Servers were all very cold it was kind of bizarre.The place has a nice atmosphere though and our main mixed plate was very good. That said, it's hard to go wrong with lobster, crab, scallops, and steak.

Ms. Walker: Love this Family owned restaurant! Seeing the children helping some days is just wholesome to me. I've been here multiple times in the past 3 years. My friends and I all love the atmosphere and food. Everything tastes great! ... the only thing that sucks is that they stopped doing delievery after covid because many days I crave their food.

Julie Anne Looy: Overall, we're glad we got to celebrate our friends' birthday but will not be back for the food/drink on our own accord.We came to this restaurant to celebrate a birthday. The restaurant accommodated 20 of us across 2 tables.We ordered one of every appetizer. The calamari and mussels were the best out of them all.We also ordered the steak and the angel hair lobster meat pasta. The steak was cooked per request and comes with a side of steamed vegetables and roasted potatoes. The pasta didn't have distinguishable lobster meat pieces throughout the sauce.We feel that most of the items we tried can be created at home.The cocktail list reflects the age of the establishment, offering long island iced teas, all nighters, and Honeydew martinis, to name a few. While the cocktails were dated, the bartender executed them well.Our server was lovely! He needed more help to serve a party of 20.Parking: Parking is available in front of the restaurant entrance, which is off Lakeshore.Wheelchair accessibility: There is no ramp to enter the restaurant from the back door.
Peter: All the waiters are funny and really welcoming. Every customer at the restaurant seemed to be having a great time. If you love Italian cuisine this is your place, Michael's Back Door focuses on serving different types of pastas. But because of this their is not a great variety food, which again is the reason why all of their pastas taste fabulous. They also serve fish and clam, and have amazing vegetarian options. Bekki Weaver: I wanted freshly made pasta, so we found this place. It was delicious! I had a dirty gray goose martini with extra olives. The drink was good, but the olives were tiny and had pits. Maybe just get some wine instead. Do not let this deter you, though, because the service and food are fantastic. My husband had the spicy arribatta pasta, and I had the chicken parm but with the fettuccine instead of the penne because the fettuccine was made there. I also tried their rose sauce, which was tasty. The portion sizes are big, I couldn't finish mine. It was all really enjoyable. I'd go again.Parking: It was easy to park here.

It was delicious. Pasta was cooked perfection and fish was all fresh and delicious. We were there for a friends birthday. She had a lamb shank and she loved hers. I had a bite. It was delicious and tender. The mashed potatoes were amazing. Could not resist a bite!! My other friend had pasta with steak I don’t remember the name off hand it was also delicious. We all tried each others and the sweetest thing, they gave a piece of tiramisu on the house for my friends birthday. I would definitely recommend, and I thought the prices were very reasonable. The only thing I would say is the atmosphere is a little bit dated could use a little sprucing, but I could definitely overlook that any day of the week because the food is that good!

The food is really appetizing and delicious , I ordered the Thai salad I am delightful about the dressing they put it is so good, heavenly tasty , even the presentation of food so gorgeous I’m not having a second thought mot to bring my friends, family and visitors in this place .Everything is special the presentation of the food itself is really high quality place is so clean .

We got a variety of things from chicken to beef to seafood and everything was perfect. I definitely recommend the Thai coconut soup and kaffir lamb as these were my favourite dishes. Daniel Garcia: I have spots in most towns or cities in Southern Ontario. This is one of them. Excellent service, great dining atmosphere, but nothing compares to the food. Our go to is the sweet and sour red snapper. You better be sitting when you take the first bite.
