He’s an amazing guy, I had some problems with my device and my juices he did not hesitate to replace my device and a new pack of juice for free zero charge.. he didn’t tell me or give me an email of the companies to contact them myself and solve my problem. He actually took it upon himself and gave it to me for free since November till now I don’t go anywhere else except to Dixie Vapes.. thank you for your excellent customer servic.Jacob.

Mohammad Kammona: A descent place to get your cigars from if you have a particular taste for the varieties they sell. A simple but well maintained humidor cabinet. Prices are ok as we should not forget that they are a business and have to pay rent & taxes. Customer service is an A+. Store times are very convenient.

Jason Toste: Was there last week and had the pleasure of dealing with Martin. He was amazing and really knew his stuff. Recommended a few things and followed with a great 45 min chat about general things going on. It’s a shame we can’t have lounges here, because I know I’d be there more often chatting.
Edgar Obregon: Cigars are well maintained and the selection will keep both the casual and frequent cigar smoker satisfied. Staff is knowledgeable and great at recommending a cigar for any occasion. If you buy and smoke cigars from a convenience store, gas station or smoke shop don't go to Havana Castle, these guys only carry cigars that have been well maintained in a walk in Humidor with staff consistently monitoring and regulating the humidity to ensure the cigars retain their freshness.If you go there, ask for my guy Georgie, he will set you up with a great smoke.
Christian Rizzo: Havana Castle Meadowvale is my go to cigar spot. Extremely convenient location and their variety of cigars is a vast one. George is always a great help but my most recent visit, Martin was in and it was great to reconnect with him as it has been years since I’ve shopped at a shop he was managing. Needless to say, both gentlemen are a great help and phenomenal characters who make the cigar shopping experience, a great one. Thank you Havana Castle team!
