Rayhan Kadri: KMM is the best place you can go to. I’m just starting off on my CBR500 and I had some concerns, I gave them a call and they took me right away. Doug is probably one of the nicest mechanics out there. Not only did he help me out for something minor free of charge but also took the time to give me some pointers on how to ride. Furaz Alvi: Today was my first time visiting BARTZ and meeting the owner and his wife. I just purchased a used motorcycle and needed an oil and filter change. I had already done my research and was looking to upgrade my headlamp to LED and purchase and install a RAM phone mount on my own at a later date. BARTZ prices were very reasonable and competitive that I purchased the LED and RAM phone mount from them as well and they installed it for a reasonable fee. Although they closed at 6pm, I couldn’t pickup my motorcycle until 6:30pm and BARTZ mentioned he could hang back a few minutes for me to arrive, which was really appreciated. BARTZ will be my go to for motorcycle repairs and general maintenance!

Theresa Reynolds: Went to the bike show on January 6, 2023 and bought a 2019 Fat Boy. Dealt with Catherine Penney and she was great to work with! Top notch - answered all my questions and worked with me to use my 2022 48 as a trade in. Completed the final paperwork with Spencer Goudy who did a walk through of the bike and answered all my questions.Same day I completed the final sale, I connected with Steve Redford and Becky Kitto from the Parts Team to get some new parts added to the bike before delivery. They were both very good at listening to what I was interested in and locating these parts for the bike. They kept me informed when the parts came in and when I could expect the parts to be installed. Once installed, I was advised that the parts were on the bike.I was then contacted by Dave Dickson to arrange delivery of the bike. The bike was delivered as promised.Once delivered, I noticed that the back right brake light/blinker was not working. I contacted Catherine Penney and she did not hesitate. She insured that the bike was picked up and the issue was resolved. The fact that Mississauga HD made it right ensures that I will come back to this location for any future purchases.John Park from the Service department fixed the issue and called me to advise that it was a loose bulb. He arranged with Dave Dickson to have the bike delivered to me.The bike was delivered by a young man named, Luc, who as I understand it, is a New Hire to Mississauga HD. Let me say that he is a great hire for you folks as he has strong customer facing skills. He was very polite and courteous when he called to say he was moments away from my address. He offloaded the bike and brought the bike directly to me. He got off the bike and handed me the fob and told me to enjoy the bike and to ride safe.Great start to finish experience! If you are in the west end in or near Mississauga and you are interested in a Harley Davidson, I would highly recommend checking these folks out as they have a good strong team that will help you find the ride you are looking for.Theresa

Sabrina Marie: Found this new Motorcycle Mechanic Shop beside the SCUBA store on the SE side of Coram Ave & Dundas St East. They fix & repair all makes and models. They're guys from Daytona Motor Sports who started their own shop. Offering fair, reasonable prices at $120 an hour. Can be a tricky place to find so it helps to know they're located between Dixie and Wharton way. It used to be the Glass and Mirror shop that's still showing on Google street view. As a new rider I personally love this shop and recommend it to all fellow riders. Happy and safe riding everyone.

Luc Mathieu: I brought my slingshot there on a Friday morning to fix a serious problem with shifting and other maintenance. Got a call that it was ready for pickup the next day. As I was ready to leave, the same problem was back under a different code. They took the bike in immediately and fix it. After paying for the maintenance, the same thing happened but this time a 2 hours fix. I don't know how many people they put on it, but 45 minutes later it was fix and running good. I left the next day for my trip east. 4500 kms later not a itch. You want good customer service and dedication to a job well done, you will find it here, garantie.
