Emma Somerville: I've been seeing Steven for tattoo removal for a few months now. I cannot recommend the place more!Steven is flexible with appointment times and makes scheduling very easy. The place is clean and welcoming, and the staff is very friendly. My appointments are scheduled well in advance so I have plenty of time to prepare and reschedule if necessary. The appointment is very quick and I'm in and out within a few minutes for every session. Steven is very comforting and understanding and I look forward to seeing him each time! The price is also very reasonable and the place is easy to get to.

Steven is so knowledgeable about what he does and took me through the whole process and how it works, explaining how I can do my part to get the best results, even how to significantly reduce the appearance of the scarring present on my skin. I've gone for two sessions so far and I couldn't be happier with the service provided. I would highly recommend Steven and Alternative Laser health to anyone. Karen Tsan: I had come in for an issue I was having. After a very detail consultation Steven was able to find a few deficiencies and trouble areas to target. The acupuncture procedure was very easy and almost painless. I didn't look at the needles as I am terrified of needles, but I manage to stay very calm. The placement of needles, and removal, was very quick and I immediately felt better. It has been a few days and the main issue has been completely resolved and overall, feeling A LOT better.I feel more confident knowing what I need to pay more attention to, and how to better my health to prevent future issues. Feeling more self-aware about my own body is a big relief! Even though it was , spent the time to walk me through the process and was so patient with all the questions I was asking. There was no pressure to buy at the time. From there I haven't met one member of the team that I haven't absolutely loved! They greet you with warm smiles and kindness and they really do make an effort to build that connection and trust. All the sessions I have signed up had no wait times, zero down time and was relatively painless. They even give snacks, and refreshments for your visits too! That's the best you can ask for when you're looking for someone to take good care of your skin. He had an apprentice there who was also very knowledgeable and helpful, I do apologize I forgot her name. I also had a friend tag along to get an opinion on her tattoo and he was great with her. She wants to get it removed but also mentioned she does frequent long saunas currently and he was honest that it could impact the healing process. She's actually going to come back with me on the next visit and see if she can find a different routine so she can get the best results. When I went in for my first session of laser hair removal she was very friendly and transparent about the process and the number of sessions involved. I have very stubborn underarm hair and I had great results after just one session. I completed the recommended cycle of six sessions and will likely continue to go back for touch ups a couple times a year. While it’s important to understand that results are very rarely entirely permanent, I have had lasting success from this process. My hair growth has been dramatically reduced and doesn’t grow at all for several months. Moreover, the rates at this clinic are very reasonable making their services all the more worthwhile when compared with the cost of other hair removal services.Super efficient and straight forward clinic.
