Peter Low: Friday, May 19, 2023Today I was in the store, just browsing and one of the employees, Henry, allowed me to test ride an electric pedal assist hybrid bike - knowing that I was not in the market. As well, he helped me with other questions I had regarding accessories I will eventually need with my present bike. In no way was there any pressure on his part to get me to buy anything --- after all, I was only browsing. I would certainly recommend anyone looking to buy anything at Skiis & Bikes - to talk to Henry. He is personable as well as professional!
Hans Kao: I thought I had a flat tire so I called the shop to schedule an appointment. They told me to bring it in right away, and they can fix it within the hour. Upon inspection, they realized the tubeless gravel bike I bought a few years ago from Gears Bike Shop didn't actually put any sealant in the tires. So my tires were leaking air all this time because the original store did a poor job installing the bike.Well Skiis and Biikes were just terrific. They helped me fix my tires, and taught me how to maintain my bike going forward. And it only cost me $22 and an hour of my time. Awesome people there. Highly friendly experienced staff.

Set up an appointment to drop off 2 boards, upon arrival he took the time to explain the product of wax he was going to use on my boards and was sure to tell me all the benefits of the product. Sharpened the edges very nice and removed surface rust off all edges. Drop off and pick up in the same day was great, especially knowing some other shops had a 5 day turn around. Prices are unbeatable and his work is phenomenal. Definitely will be a returning customer. Thanks pal!!!

Originally booked for just a wax but when I brought them, Matt suggested I get edge sharpening as well as there was built up rust. All the boards came back looking good as new, had a small crack originally that was filled up too

Matt walked me through what he was doing to my board down to the wax type and edge angles and explained his rationale for his recommendations. Matt even repaired some grooves in the base of my board at no charge! He was very professional and his work speaks for itself.Would definitely go back to The Snowboard Doctor and would recommend him to friends and family.Happy shredddin!

blaster blaster50: I brought in 6 boards and asked to be same day service. I was able to pick them all up in about 3 hours later. One of the board was badly damaged by me and Matt was able to fix it at no charge. Quality service with quality workmanship. I recommended to all my buddies and they told they were very happy with the service at the very reasonable price. 5 stars.

Eugene: Brought in a board and a set of skis, both for wax & sharpen. Both were done professionally, for a great price. He filled the gashes on both, cleaned the rust off the skis as its been a few seasons for them to be used and did a great wax job & edge sharpening on both sets. Explains what kind of wax he used and why, so just let him know where you plan to be skiing/boarding and he'll use the appropriate kind for that type of riding. All you have to do before is book a time slot online, and he'll have it done in an hour or two, finished both mine in 1.5 hrs
