Jennifer Glover: I just google Dr. Phillips because he was my psychiatrist from 1998-2004 when I had to move to Ottawa. He was the most understanding, compassionate doctor. He came to me in the lobby if I was unable to get in the elevator. He took my phobia/anxiety/depression seriously and gave me coping techniques that I use still. I wish I could still be a patient via zoom, so I could pick up where we left off. I know I’d be better. Ottawa had no one I could relate to and we have since moved to BC.

Assiya Rabbani: 5 years ago my daughter had problem going to school, she was complaining of tummy pain, nausea and vomittimg. I took her to Doctor and she did many tests and said she is fine and she told me to go for PCC, they recognized the problem and after many counselling seccion they solved the problem.Thank You PCC.

I am a medical doctor science 30 years ago and struggle with treatment resistant depression for 25 years . From my perspective Dr. Joan was so calm, detailed oriented , compassionate, and understanding that I have not seen before.At the same time her knowledge and experience about psychiatry was amazing .I really gain hope again to battle this evil depression. Edward Neal: The staff and counselors in this facility are amazing people. They really do care about the children and their families. They have helped me and my children with diagnosis of ADHD . They have lots of workshops and plenty of information about all of the ailments that children have. They are willing to help families figure out how and what they need to do to help there Children.
