Stephen Gammage: First time using this site. Prices are great compared to others and free shipping over $50 which is basically any order is a huge bonus. I ordered on April 9th and already arrived on April 11th! I highly recommend checking them out and don't forget to sign up for the newsletter as they frequently have discount codes. Absolutely love my sets of hi viz coveralls for the summer. Vented knees and arms are great.

Ryan Gia: First time using the site, I ordered the winter bib overalls and a winter jacket. The bibs came in 5 days and the coat needed to be shipped separately the next week. I had to buy a coat in the meantime to get me through the week as I work outdoors and it's been cold. I realized I needed a bigger size and had emailed letting hivis know about this. I had found out the original coat I ordered didn't come in a 3xl. A customer service representative had let me know within a day and sent me a link to a similar coat that could accommodate this size. There was a 50 dollar difference between the coats the new one they suggested being more expensive. I asked how I could pay the difference and they told me not to worry about it! It's not very often you witness or even experience customer service of this tier. I can say without a doubt they have gained a customer for life and will be recommending them to all my colleagues.
