Naaz Rafeek: It was our very first time at this store , my 4 year old hit her face on the pole accidentally and started bleeding from her nose . Two ladies who worked at the cashier helped stopped the bleeding and tried to cheer my girl up giving her lollipop and wouldn't let me pay for it . Raza J: This is my go to spot! We buy our meat here regularly. It’s always clean, organized and we are always greeted with a smile. And the quality of meat has never let me down. Everything is hand slaughtered halal which I love. All the meat is fresh and delicious. You can tell they really care about their food and their customers. I never feel intimidated like I do at some other halal butchers. If I have a question they are quick to respond without any hesitation. Highly recommend this place!

Ron W: If you are looking for quality meat then look no further. Butcher Box has some of the best meat I have ever seen. They offer a great variety and none of it has added anything! Just pure meat, the way it should be. If you aren’t sure about it get the sample box and you can see for yourself the quality and dedication to greatness. It is all locally sourced too, so they also are helping the local farmers. This is a great business on so many levels. The office staff can answer any questions you may have and help you set up your order if you are having difficulty at all. Not like other places that will be short with you and rude, they have the best people where they need them and always friendly and happy.I suggest going to them for your meat needs.
April lade: We have been a faithful customer of BB since early 2019. I have been nothing but impressed by the quality of the meat and the customer service especially from Jean. One time I had an order that had a few defrosted items in it. It was not anyones fault. It was winter time, during a bad storm and I live in Northern Ontario so it’s understandable that the order took longer then expected. I got in touch with BB and said what had happened. I sent in some photos of the items and in no time got a response. I was credited with the lost item for a future order. They sent it with extra ice just incase.

I emailed them thinking it was a long shot and asked if there was any chance it would arrive by father's day. I literally got a response from Jean Phillips in 15 mins. Jean told me they would deliver the box tomorrow and confirmed time. I am so impressed and amazed and I have not even tried the product yet! Will post a 2nd review once we try everything! So excited for my hubby thank you Butcher Box for making this happen.

The great thing is you do not have to get a delivery every month you can skip a month no problem. They have a lot of variety from fish and steak and chicken and this summer they came out with mild italian sausage and it is gluten free, I absolutely love it. Try the bacon, it is awesome too.!
