Paul L.: Butcher knows his stuff.He was a little bit impatient with me and my Bro in law, but with 10 mins to close I understood.Meat quality was phenomenal however at $130 was a bit pricey. I could get same cuts in AB for half price.But if your in ON and want the meat - check it out.Bison, venison, grass fed beef, etc.
