Purpose built swim school with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Place is kept immaculately clean which is hard given the amount of children that go through the school everyday. Lots of parking is also a bonus. Great place to teach your little ones the essential skill of swimming.
We love the pool temp, facilities and the overall structure of the program, also LOVE the flexible schedule so money is not wasted.

monica salazar: , asking for me/ to go home/ is she done yet, asking for a tissue, asking for whatever toy/ specific coloured item etc and they still show her kindness without hesitation. They do their best to calm her down, get her to laugh and smile, build her confidence etc. My daughter has grown attached to them and looks for them, yes she still cries but she trusts them

As they've grown, their confidence in the pool has flourished, accompanied by a deepening understanding of proper swimming techniques. The facility itself is exceptional – very clean and welcoming. The reception staff are consistently positive and helpful. A special thank you to my childrens coaches. Coach Tenzin, whose teaching style is nothing short of incredible and whose instructional approach is truly remarkable. My son's swimming has progressed so much with Coach Tenzin. Another big thank you goes to Coach Fahad, who has become my daughter's preferred instructor and she now insists on taking the plunge only with Coach Fahad. To Aqua-Tots, thank you so much for assisting us on our remarkable swimming journey!
Tanya Bh: My daughter is taking classes at Aqua tots and we’re very happy with coach Ben. She has progressed to level 6 under him He makes every child feel so comfortable and encourage them. He has helped my child improvise so much. I highly recommend Coach Ben and he is a great value add to Aqua tots. Big shout out for coach Ben! My child can’t want to learn from him again.Love flexibility of schedules and even the staff is very accommodative. Make up classes is a great thing to accommodate emergencies. Leanne is very helpful in the staff.

Kim LeRose: Re: Tenzin and MegI am writing to advise that our daughter has been attending swimming lessons there for months and recently started doing private lessons with Tenzin. We desperately wanted Tenzin as her coach as she is the best isntructor we have seen. We got her as our coach thanks to Meg who was ridiculously helpful and put in a ton of work to make it happen.I want to ensure that management is aware that my husband and I and our daughter sent this review of an 11 out of 10 for both Tenzin and Meg. If there are any perks that your staff receives a result of being exception I would strongly ask that these two do.Thank you.Kim & Frank

Lindsay Hall: Blake has been going swimming at Aqua-Tots for about 2 years now. We started in the parent and tot classes and now he has been in level 3 for awhile.Our absolute favourite coach is Taylin and we are so excited to see her smiling face each week. Blake's favourite thing to do with her is a back flat and he has become so confident in the water because of her. We were recently at a cottage and he was going to the bottom of the pool and picking up 4 rings at a time, crazy since he's not even 3.5 yet! Taylin is always able to communicate well and let's us know what we should be practicing. She also gives tips on how I can help him when I take him to other pools to ensure he's always progressing.Thank you Taylin for giving Blake such wonderful experiences in the water. I'm absolutely positive that you are the reason that he is so confident in the pool.We love you!Lindsay and Blake
J K: Our son has been taking classes since he was born at this Aqua-Tots. He started with the mommy-me classes and is now doing independent classes. Throughout his journey, he has been taught by some wonderful instructors such as Sharon and Raf. He is now doing classes with Andrew. He is fantastic! He makes each class engaging and fun to the point we book random weekly classes just so our son can learn from him. We would recommend Andrew to any parents looking for classes.

Alana Mason: Both my children have learned to swim here. The staff are amazing and my kids love going. My son was a little scared at first. The instructors make it fun and now he is swimming on his own. Highly recommend.

Steve Fernandes: We’ve had two kids learn swimming at Buckler over the past 6 years. There are generally 2-6 kids per lifeguard depending on the class. Very gentle and patient staff who really care about their students. My first kid started at 8 months old. Second at 1.5 years old. Love this place.
Michael Colacci: We have been with Buckler for 5 years... the owner Jamie is a fair and trustworthy gentleman.. the manager Nives is such a wonderful person to deal with, her customer service is second to none, she is amazing and on the ball.... the pool manager Anisha is another amazing person to work with and she is also an all star excellent instructor as well.... the whole team at the pool are young responsible teens that I appreciate and trust, they are very attentive, professional and very, VERY SAFETY AWARE. The pool is super clean, the change rooms could use a little face lift and viewing room is just right.... Overall thank you Buckler for your continued support and effort in teaching my child how to swim and be safe in the water. Great job to everyone !
Jamie Rolph: Unfortunately Rita and her 2 friends neglected to mention that Bucklers offered 1-1 private lessons for their child to help get over the fear of the water in a private setting away from group classes. Also they offered to change instructors for the child. They have a long history of finding creative ways to get hesitant swimmers in the pool. However, sometimes some people cannot be satisfied no matter what lengths you go to help them. Children are often afraid of the water during their first few lessons. Parents feeding into to those fears is not the answer. We are sorry that Rita had a bad experience, however Bucklers will continue to teach kids and adults to be successful swimmers as they have for over 50 years.
Shifa Ghansar: the staff at buckler aquatics watch the clock because certain activities and switches from questions to poll for example are timed. My kids have been going here for a long time and I encourage bringing your kids here! Yes, the staff are young but this does not effect their capabilities.

Anastasia Efimkina: It is the only place that provides swimming lessons right now, during stage 2 quarantine. Lessons are private, my child was the only one in swimming pool. Pool is not big and a bit tired. Instructor was good.
Sandra: I highly recommend this school. From office manager Nives to pool manager Mary at Mississauga location, all the staff is friendly and professional. This is our third year and my daughter loves it. The progress that she made in these years is amazing. It is worth every single penny.
