Marcelo and Gloria clearly understood why the print was important to me and why I wanted it to look just as it did when I received it.While other galleries would have claimed that the broken, scratched frame wasn’t salvageable and insist only new materials would be needed, Marcelo and Gloria went above and beyond to meet my request. They carefully repaired and repainted the frame, and shielded the print with a special glass that reduces the damaging effects of ambient light.
