Sarah: Excellent clinic! We have been with Dr. Zajdman since the birth of our child. He has been excellent during all his well baby visits. We’ve also had a few health concerns and Dr. Zajdman always addresses them so professionally and empathetically. The nurse who works there is exceptional. Also we have never had a problem with the front staff. They are friendly and very efficient!! They always answer the phone and do their best to get us in ASAP. We are lucky to have our doctor here!!

Unlike most doctor’s offices, I’m able to get someone on the phone when I reach out.Every doctor who has treated my son has a wonderful and approachable personality. Dr Lukasz is informative and warm, and also very playful with my baby; nurse Katie is incredibly wonderful as well.I wish my family doctor was as available and supportive as this team!
Ian Ferraro: due to severe swelling.He also has been wonderful in helping our daughter who had to have major hear surgery at 6 months. He was seeing her every week prior to COVID and has remained involved in her care as she is not 3.5 y/o and doing very well.Dr. Zaidi is patient, explains everything, and has never felt like he rushed us or did not listen. I cannot recommend him enough.

L.K: REVISED: In addition to my review i want to add google isnt correct about sunday times, it says 9am open but it's actually 10am i went right when they opened when i checked google but the door said a different time. maybe they changed their hours but didn't update their google overview info not a big deal just hoping to save a parent/caregiver from going and them not be opened *I brought my son in today after complaining of a very sore ear. the wait time wasn't bad at all maybe waited 15-20 minutes at most. the pediatrician I had was a very nice and detailed lady she explained everything to me, her observations, my concerns etc. I didn't feel rushed or disregarded on my concerns and visit it was a very good experience and I would bring my kids there again without a second thought

Yes sometimes the wait is very long but at least they have the text option that you can go to the park or to your car and wait instead of sit in the waiting room. Yes the Doctors can be dismissive. I try to write down what I want to discuss so that I dont forget if the Dr is in a hurry. But overall we have had our needs addressed. Our kids arent afraid of coming here.
Farzana Shahrin: Dr. Alaba is knowledgeable and helpful. Went to this clinic because of the growth and acid reflax issues of my daughter. Doctor proactively did all the required tests to find out the root cause. As a new parents we were overwhelmed but her advise and support made this challenge easier..

Viveksha Gunput: I have to agree with the comment below, i felt the same when I first met with Dr Tyrell, she seemed very impatient and rough in the beginning but then she turned out to be very straightforward and gentle whatever question you ask her. I thought she would be like the other doctors who when you ask too many questions, get annoyed but I was surprised at how gentle she was when answering my too many questions. She knows her stuff, would recommend her.

R R: When we first moved to Ontario from BC we were so disheartened that we could not find a reliable family doctor. We found this clinic by googling. On our first visit, Dr.Tyrell seemed arrogant and impatient. However what we absolutely liked about her is the straightforward no-nonsense approach to the diagnosis. She asked us a bunch of questions and carefully considered the science before prescribing anything for our son. I trust her judgement even though doctors cannot diagnose accurately 10 out 10 times especially in infants and toddlers as they cannot express themselves. The staff are also very helpful, thorough and organized. I understand some parents did not get the chance to ask a lot of questions and sometimes were not treated the way they expected. But in the end they have to decide whether they want someone who can be trusted with the medical science when it comes to children or someone who is pleasant but cannot diagnose your child properly.

The receptionists are very kind and helpful.Dr. Tyrrell is thorough with her questions and direct in how she speaks, which I can see how it might not be everyone’s cup of tea but I enjoy that she’s straight to the point. She answers all of my questions and then some. Our appointments have been on time or late, but that’s to be expected. It’s like traffic- it’s unpredictable and everyday can be different. She also makes sure to book follow up visits and is available by phone appointments if needed.All in all, my visits to this clinic have been positive and will continue to bring my daughters here as my eldest has also enjoyed seeing Dr. Tyrrell.And no I am not a friend or family member- just a local mom seeking medical care during viral season.

So I called my favourite Peds clinic for an appointment- and got a virtual appointment and then a walk-in appointment.So I went into the office with my daughter, Dr. Allison did a check up thoroughly and asked lots of questions and this is what she said- I think we should refer her to a Peds neurologist for further investigation! I just told myself “yes, finally someone listened to me!” She did her part! She referred my daughter to 2 different neuro Peds
Andrea Coelho: I don't understand these negative reviews. My family doctor's office ran out of vaccines twice, and we only found out when we arrived for our appointments. Both times, we called this clinic to see if my baby boy could get vaccinated there. I got the appointments easily, and the doctor was so kind and great with my son.

Probably a bot or someone vindictive enough to verbally abuse healthcare workers.It’s a convenient location with great staff. Dr. Tyrell is to the point and efficient. Her receptionist is kind and fast to call you back if they miss your call.

It takes a few minutes out of your day and if you don’t get through right away, leave a message and the receptionist will get back to you quite quickly regarding openings. There is a notice on the door indicating that the waiting room is closed

They brought the receptionist, who does a difficult and important job and who has never been anything but pleasant, to tears. This is a human being who deserves the same respect as anyone else. You can’t treat people like that simply because you don’t get service on your terms; the world doesn’t work like that.Arubah Kids Clinic is my go-to when my family doctor can’t see my kids on short notice and I keep coming back because they are courteous and professional and I am always treated equitably. I will keep coming back and I will continue to recommend this place to anyone who asks.
Kimberley Nguyen: Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. We’ve only had good experiences when we have an appointment with Dr. Tyrell.She is thorough, asks questions to ensure nothing is left out, friendly, and great with our almost two year old. She even found an ear infection that another walk-in doctor did not find because they didn’t even check our daughter’s ears.We would definitely recommend Dr. Tyrell to parents with kids! We prefer to go here over our daughter’s family doctor.

Ro PLO: Amazing doctor. My son Eric was premature, born at McMaster Hospital. That’s where I first met Dr Zajdman. Eric is now 26 yrs old with Special Needs. This Dr literally held my hands throughout the crucial years. He gave me hope. Without him I don’t know how I would’ve made it this far. 🙏🏾
Ankita Kayal: Dr Zajdman has been our son’s paediatrician for over 8 months now. I have never met a more patient, kind and knowledgeable doctor. I remember the first appointment we had with him it went for almost an hour. He asked us the entire medical history of my son, about his growth and development. He answered all our questions and addressed our fears. Not only that, he explained to us in details his medical observations, conclusions, recommendations. As parent you feel comforted having that knowledge. Having him as my son’s doctor is a blessing.
Greg Falls: He was my paediatrician until I was 18 and what a doctor! So nice to everyone. Involves the kids and parents equally in conversations. Also has the best techniques for painless needles. I’ll definitely consider taking my children to him in the future!
Volunteer Canada: Amazing doctor!!! If you are seeking a diagnosis for autism without a super long wait, this is your guy. We were given a written diagnosis, he printed out tons of paper work & information. Very compassionate, friendly & awesome with kids. There's TONS of free parking as well.

But my experience was great with this doctor.The appointments were rescheduled a couple of times due to my personal reasons but it was very good experience in rescheduling them and their diligence in following up many times, providing instructions on what we need to do next. I loved the phone experience.When I went to the clinic, I felt even more happier. Front office people were very calm and composed, answered all the questions, patient with my 4 year old. Doctor asked questions before telling me anything, read all the reports, learned my background, hereditary, how normal life is, family health history, etc. she later started crying explaining what to expect and what to do next. She was patient and thorough, I liked the doctor.

mari Cruz: I called the College and asked for an excellent Pediatric doctor. I was given 3 names. I registered with Dr Erez who took excellent care of my daughter from birth until she turned 17. She was thorough with examinations, labs, vaccinations and health issues and anticipated potential health issues. She checked my daughter with care and followed up. Vaccines were kept on track. She answered all my questions in a respectful and kind manner.She deserves to retire and wish her the best for working hard all those years.

The most important thing for me as a Mom is that the Doctor has a philosophy of no drugs or antibiotics unless nessescary. None of my kids have taken any antibiotics or other medice other than ibopruphen under his care. My son is 4 and my daughter is 7 months. Bev at the front desk is kind, professional and very efficient. I have never had a problem with scheduling appointments or communicating with the Doctor. Highly recommend ☺️

Beata Mitianiec: Dr. Simone is the best pediatrician ever. When my kids were born, it was so hard to find good pediatrician for them. I was so happy when my friend told me about him. I'm very sad that in few years, when my kids will be 18 years old they need to change doctor.

Mona Ganesh: and Dr. Simone has always been able to diagnose exactly what is happening with the boys when other walk-in doctors were completely wrong. We learned to just wait for our appointment with Dr. Simone rather than trying to go to walk-ins on weekends. Tricia is a life saver for fitting us when we have really needed it! Would recommend Dr. Simone to all our family and friends, he is super knowledgeable, friendly and has always taken the time to figure out what is going on with the boys ie. seasonal allergies at 2 and nut allergy at 3. Don't know what we would do without them!
