L.K: REVISED: In addition to my review i want to add google isnt correct about sunday times, it says 9am open but it's actually 10am i went right when they opened when i checked google but the door said a different time. maybe they changed their hours but didn't update their google overview info not a big deal just hoping to save a parent/caregiver from going and them not be opened *I brought my son in today after complaining of a very sore ear. the wait time wasn't bad at all maybe waited 15-20 minutes at most. the pediatrician I had was a very nice and detailed lady she explained everything to me, her observations, my concerns etc. I didn't feel rushed or disregarded on my concerns and visit it was a very good experience and I would bring my kids there again without a second thought

Yes sometimes the wait is very long but at least they have the text option that you can go to the park or to your car and wait instead of sit in the waiting room. Yes the Doctors can be dismissive. I try to write down what I want to discuss so that I dont forget if the Dr is in a hurry. But overall we have had our needs addressed. Our kids arent afraid of coming here.

Bassam Alshami: - Dr. Lukasz Jagiello is one of the best pediatric doctors in all GTA, very high recommend from sick kids hospital, he have very good experiences with kids and new babies born.- If you look to register your child for follow up with Dr.Lukasz, you need to transfer letter from your family doctor- The clinic follow strict rules to book the appointment and come on the time, because the clinic busy most the time- Don’t forget to take a sticker for your child in the end of your visit ☺️

Sunil Saini: One of the best doctors I have ever seen in my life. Very caring and passionate doctor with vast knowledge. Just talking to him brings so much comfort. He will take his good time to properly diagnose his patient’s problem and would never be in any kind of rush. Even the staff is very welcoming. I really wish we have more doctors like him around. Mian Amjad: The best pediatrician i have ever seen Hands down to dr hafiz . He performed the circumcision of my son and the procedure was so smooth. The best doctor in town . Please don't believe on those 1 stars. The clinic have specific timings for call pickup 10.30 to 11.30 am in the morning and 1.30 to 2.30 pm. Don't go anywhere else for circumcision trust me.

He was extremely kind and patient, and took time to answer my questions and explain the issues that were being addressed. I have heard of other paediatricians who do not take time to explain things to parents, and it becomes more of a top down approach. I feel like he respects and values my concerns. His manner with my children was nothing but professional and kind. He is great with kids and I would highly recommend him!

She commended how he was very kind and most importantly how he was extremely patient as well as thorough in his work.
