Thinking all was lost, we did a quick search and found that Unicorn toys offers a parts replacement program! Stan Chew: Purchased an 8 in 1 solar robotic kit last October for my 8-year-old grand daughter but she did not get to open the gift and assemble the toy until this week. After it was all assembled she found the solar powered motor did not turn even when placed under direct sunlight. Contacted customer services today. Got an immediate response from the General Manager who kindly and readily agreed to sent us a solar panel with motor replacement even though it was close to 10 months after our purchase. This is really top notch customer services. Wish all businesses are like that.

Tashyna Gatti: The Cyborg hand was super cool to put together and fun with the hydraulics. We recieved it as a gift for my 4 year old, I had to so the assembly because of his age, but he loves picking up things and pretending he has a robot hand. Also seeing how the mechanics of it works was neat for him. The assembly was easy and clear from the directions and the way it was packed. It looked like a lot at first but it came together within a couple hours. After 6 months I put new water in it and that was just as easy. I ended up breaking a part and got a replacement part from Unicorn with no problems. Would definitely recommend!

There is a sign at the door that clearly states they are a wholesaler to these businesses only. The staff know all their customers and will turn you away if you are not a registered business with them. These ladies have been working their for years and are very knowledgeable in their trade. They will give you decor tips and show you tricks in the trade. They are really nice too! SKS offers the best quality balloons at a good price.
