tim ramsay: August 24, 2023 went to New York, Fries, in Erin Mills town centre was served by Victoria, Daniela, in Khoa I was absolutely pleasantly surprised with the service. These three young adults gave us great customer service. They were very pleasant and friendly even believe they love their job.They all three went beyond the call of duty. The customer service was fantastic. It was a real pleasure eating at New York, Fries at Erin Mills town centre with these three employees running the show. They now have a customer for life me and my wife will always come back here for a good customer service. Hopefully it’ll be any one of them still here serving us when we come. First Last: I even got a 2nd fork because I couldn't eat the poutine fast enough. lol. Still one of the best poutine's in town. Hot and fresh with squeaky cheese melting from the hot gravy. delicious! Definitely coming back.
Sedra Safia: My go-to place when craving poutine! Great portion sizes and poutine is always layered like I ask. Staff are quick and wait time is very short. Would definitely recommend.

Jerrica Benton: Went at a nice slow time so we had the servers full attention. There was TV’s at every booth. Couldn’t change the channel, also didn’t ask to. Didn’t notice a remote. I had fish and chips and my coworker had a very large mushroom and Swiss burger. Service was quick, friendly and the food was delicious. Lots of fries with my fish. Caesar salad to start. A good portion for the price. Took a piece of carrot cake to go and eat at the hotel. I should have said I needed a fork, but was fully prepared to go hands on as it looked so good, and I wasn’t disappointed when I did get some cutlery
