Luc Mathieu: I brought my slingshot there on a Friday morning to fix a serious problem with shifting and other maintenance. Got a call that it was ready for pickup the next day. As I was ready to leave, the same problem was back under a different code. They took the bike in immediately and fix it. After paying for the maintenance, the same thing happened but this time a 2 hours fix. I don't know how many people they put on it, but 45 minutes later it was fix and running good. I left the next day for my trip east. 4500 kms later not a itch. You want good customer service and dedication to a job well done, you will find it here, garantie.

Dan L: Recently purchased a used RS660 from a private seller. Brought it to VOS Motors to install an aftermarket exhaust. Jin was very accommodating and able to arrange a install the next day. Bruce and Mike went beyond what was expected and advised me of the the issues they encountered during the install, missing bolts and screws due to the previous owner. They immediately rectified the problem and ensure the bike was to their standard. Jin took time to explain common issues with the RS660 and advised on the best way to reduce the risk of them. Jin also pulled the history of the bike to ensure I was aware with all the issues associated with my specific bike without being prompted. Will be bringing my bike to VOS motors for all required services in the future!

It is unusual for a full service motorcycle shop to exist in Toronto proper - but they do. Their collection of showroom brands is strong, as well as their accessories. Peter Wylie: Adam made an appointment for me to test drive a Moto Guzzi V7 for Friday the 16th. I thought I could tell it was a good bike by reading the specifications and from what others had to say about it on the internet and I didn't feel like I was under any pressure to buy anything but after the test drive l decided it is a good bike for me, so I bought one. On Wednesday morning the 21st Sabina called me to say my new motorcycle was ready to be picked up. One day and 400 km later no issues and everybody at Studio Cycle has been really nice. I can't wait until after the 1500 km tuneup so I can twist 'er throttle wide open.

Despite the order specifying flat rate shipping, the they requested additional shipping charges for this small part.When I complained, the owner personally responded promptly, blamed their new online ordering system & refunded the charge.The part matched pair erfectly, their on line ordering system is easy to use and their customer service is excellent.
