Nasim Assadian: I have been a patient of Dr. Mikail for the past 15 years and have nothing but great to say about her. She is not always on time but when she is with you, she never rushes you out. She listens to all your concerns and tries to address them all, not like some other places where you are limited to one concern each time and have to keep going back. My mom also had some health issues and visited many different doctors and specialists and no one could pin point what was wrong, until I took her to Dr. Mikail and within that first session she got her diagnosed and provided her with medication that helped her condition within a day or two.

Mayank Jain: 5 stars for the family physician Dr. Marina Malak. I would really like to appreciate her intelligence, skills, experience, knowledge and above all hardworking values to support and care her patients. She’s super kind, always smiling face, listens patiently and really advice the best to cure the problems of suffering patients. One of the best things I saw during my last visit was 90% of patients coming in were looking to see her, which actually is appreciative for her being such a special person helping the needy patients tirelessly. Highly highly recommended Family physician!

Vi Kim: Took my 12 years old daughter there today, I was very happy with the experience. The receptionist, doctor, and pharmacist were all very nice.Unfortunately, the doctor diagnosed the wrong symptom. He prescribed a cream for ring worm. Instead, it was just eczema, her skin became worst after using the wrong cream. I had to take my daughter to downtown Toronto to see a specialist after that.

cookie: It’s really not that bad of a place. I guess it just depends on what time u go in. I came in shortly after they opened as a walk-in and I’ve never been there before. I was in and out within 40 minutes. My problem was a more common one though so I think that helps too. The pharmacists were also very sweet and informative

Bob Maxine: Was prescribed rupall for generalized dermatitis relief. It worked wonders, I wept at how relieved I was from the itching.
Anthony & Elizabeth Muia: Not sure why such a low score for this clinic. My elderly parent is under the care of Dr. Lamine and I have always had positive experiences at this office. Took my 80 year old mother initially to him through walk-in for recurring uti and he refused to continue to issue antibiotics that family Dr. had prescribed. He felt that because they were recurring there was probably underlying condition. He order ultrasound and sure enough she was diagnosed with kidney cancer. She has since been treated by oncologist and is recovering. If Dr. Lamine had not investigated the cancer may have spread making treatment more difficult. The front staff have also always been very friendly and helpful.

Karina Dsouza: Short wait time. Dr Shahzad was very professional. My 14 year old daughter was vomiting and had diarrhea for 3 consecutive days. It was difficult to get an appointment with my family doctor after Victoria Day holiday. I phoned this clinic and very prompt response on the telephone. Dr Shahzad examined my daughter and asked all the right questions. Thankfully it was nothing too serious but just a stomach bug. I felt at peace just knowing that my daughter was physically checked by a doctor, and she got better the next day.
Guru Rakesh K: Was good. Big parking lot. Weekends are very busy. They have pharmacy inside. A small coffee shop, can find sandwiches, chips,drinks,and their special omelet as well.Nice and clean washrooms. Lots of doctor's available in this location, on the 1st and 2nd floors. On the lower level they have Lifelabs as well. If you are looking for a new Doctor they accept new patients. Just give them a call before you go. Had a great experience. Waiting line is little bit more but still Yehia Qaisy is the best doctor. He had good patience and mostly he listens to the patients, that's what needed.

Every time I come, I always have good and consistent positive experiences from receptionists, nurses, and doctors here. The receptionist Raymar is passionate and good at details. Last month I came, she noticed my health card is about to expire which I assumed to wait for the renewal letter from the City, Raymar kindly reminded me twice to have it renewed as soon as I could to avoid delays.Dr. Anne Pham and Dr. A. Abou-Nassar are caring and patient. They listened and took care of my cases seriously even for minor issues. Nurse Mary is professional, hardworking and efficient in addressing my issue.I am grateful and thankful to find a clinic that is located conveniently in a busy city with all these helpful and kind medical professionals.THANK YOU for all your hard work! Tanya Alexandra: Nice clinic, knowledgeable staff. 5 star would be knowing the wait time, or more info, but otherwise it’s run quite well. If anyone has negative things to say about the staff, they likely have an unreasonable request. I’ve been hearing them yield calls non-stop and they are incredibly helpful and patient with people of all demographics. It feels far more like a family doctors office than walk-in clinic which is great.
Brenda Dimmer: Dr Pham has been my primary care provider for 25 years. She is through, caring, pleasant and helpful and always concerned about her patients and their well being. Her staff are also pleasant and helpful. It is a walk in clinic so there can be a line but if you time your appointments it is not a problem. I can not say enough good things about this Medical Centre.
JIm Kuzemko: I've been coming here for years & more often than not I see Dr Pham. She personally took the time to follow up to call me & see if the prescriptions I had been prescribed were working. That was something I was impressed with. Reception staff are professional, polite & have a good attitude to waiting patients. Much better than most other reception clinics I've been to in the past.

He is extremely thorough with all of us, especially my 3 year old son who has a complex medical background. He takes his time when he is with us, and asks questions.The girls at the front desk have always been very friendly and helpful. They know who we are as soon as we walk in the door, and always asks how each family is, even if they are not being seen by a doctor.I would absolutely recommend this doctors office to other people!

He then went back inside and asked his wife to take me, which she did. Apparently I looked very pale and weak. I will never forget this gesture. Maryanne Pipe: I think they are wonderful. Firstly, I called reception and spoke with Mamoona and she was so helpful, understanding and compassionate about my concern. She’s amazing.As well as Dr. K Shazad was very attentive toward me: answered all my questions and concerns with professionalism and undivided attention. She’s a very knowledgeable doctor and always makes me feel so comfortable. I am so lucky to have her as my doctor coupled with the amazing reception team. Thank you.

Aaron: Dr Kapoor was used to be my family doctor until I said some pretty crappie things to him during a very low point in my life. Since then he has been very kind and has seen me as a walk in patient at least a half dozen times. He doesn't even mention the "Incident " that caused the problem in the first place and he always seems to be genuinely happy to see me when I go to the clinic. In the 5 or 6 years I've been seeing him as a patient he has always been kind and very thoughtful about my treatments. I have never been rushed out of the exam room nor have I EVER been over or under prescribed medication for any reason. I don't believe anyone who says he treated them with anything other than kindness or compassion because as I said before...I tested the limits of his patience with some pretty ugly stuff and he didn't loose his cool with me ....not even for a second.I think he's a good man and a good doctor, if you have had issues with him maybe you should look inward before smearing his character.
